Pro: Fixed and Fair pricing, most work was Professional and accurate, cleaned up the work place very well
Cons: I had to pay on line before they confirmed the date and time of the appt, Then they cancelled my appt within last 30 minutes, and after some haggling, they rescheduled the work next day – this is unacceptable !!

The folks who came to remove my mattress were kind and made quick work. I was sad to learn that this practically unused mattress was just going to be tossed away. If I knew that were the case I likely wouldn’t have called for the pick up. I know this company is not responsible for making those calls, but the mattress company made it sound like the mattress would find some other home.

Scammy company, not sure if it’s real or some kind of information collection scheme. I tried to get an “instant” quote on their website for a queen mattress removal, filled out the online form with name, email and phone number and zip code. Received a sms message from “Marlon” asking for more personal identifying information and they refused to give me any kind of information on how much it would cost. I refused to reissue or resubmit any more information and they refused to give a price.

Anyone out there beware, this website might have been taken over by scammers or maybe it always was a scam

This is the second time I have used this service and I am extremely pleased. The first time I was not there and he items were picked up and my wife did not even notice. This time they were on time, fast and ready for anything. I would choose them again if I could. they were pleasant to be around and made sure to ask if there was a question about what to take.

Removed a large window AC. Arrived on time. Gentlemen were professional and careful in removal. Cheerful demeanor.
Only complaint is that the phone was showing an out of state address. And the voice connection was poor. Should get a number that shows business. So you know that it’s the business.
