Johnathen hauled away our old heavy mattress and set up our new adjustable bed and mattress. He was fun to be around and didn’t mind trying more than one configuration to make sure everything was right. If everyone were more like him, this world would be a better place.

Uplift was supposed to send someone a few days ago and nobody came. They only alerted me at the end of the day that nobody was coming. Johnathen made up for that today with friendly service and excellent quality.

Excellent service! I scheduled for Saturday but they were able to come a day earlier. On time, quick, professional and friendly staff! I will definitely refer and use LoadUp for future moves or disposals!

Driver showed up alone to move a very large armoire. I submitted a picture, noted the piece was up a flight of stairs, and listed dimensions onto the LoadUp website expecting appropriate help. He was a nice guy, but I ended up helping carry the furniture down the steps. We damaged one of the steps (because of me!), so I won’t be using this service again.

It was such an easy process to schedule & pay for the pickup;with next day availability. I would definitely recommend this company & will use them again the next time we have a large load of items to be removed/donated. I also appreciated being able to tip electronically.

Load Up was great; the driver called to see if he could come
earlier, so I accepted. They both were very polite and
strong enough to remove my armoire & headboard very carefully.

I loved the great communication ahead of the appointment, both by email, text and a phone call, too!
I wasn't home during the pick up but I greatly appreciated the call when they were at my house to clarify an item they expected to pick up that I hadn't left out. I was so impressed!

Roderick was courteous and quick. He and his helper Dillion arrived within the time window and was very communicative during the process. Great service and will definitely use again.

I scheduled Load-up Junk Removal to pick up my queen mattress that's been taking up room in my hallway since I got a new one. They were scheduled between 12 - 4pm. They kept me informed along the way and arrived promptly about 12:20p.m. They (2 men) were able to retrieve my mattress and load it into their truck without difficulty. I would not hesitate to use them again, if needed.

Wasn’t going to leave a review but they sent me a text and asked me to. Didn’t show up from 8a-12 pickup time. Waited on hold for a very long time before we could ever reach anyone about it. Then they just asked us to reschedule. When we said no and that we made time for them that day, they said they’d call us with an update from the driver. It was clear that they were never able to reach the driver. Another person (we requested a team to move a sectional) showed up at 530p. He was nice and did a good job. Not his fault, but can’t recommend the service.

Mr Jose is a friendly efficient knowledgeable individual at his occupation that inspires others to follow that example. We would gladly welcome him to our home as a friend, not simply a worker providing a service. Anyone looking for this service could not do better. We thank LoadUp

From the moment I called LoadUp, I had a very positive experience. I was able to schedule the job for next day pick up and they communicated regularly. The loaders were very friendly, respectful and professional. What a great company!! They also plant a tree for each removal. They are on my list of people I trust and would certainly use their services again. I had called all sorts of charities hoping they would pick up my furniture with no luck. I am quite happy to pay the fee to have my furniture go to places where needed and not end up in a landfill. Well done LoadUp!!

I had a great experience with load up! I was able to get my sofa removed for $40 less than most places around were charging. They were on time and communication was great. While my items today were not in condition to be donated, they gave me some information on the charities that they work with in our area (Portland OR) And I am very excited to use them as a resource when I do have items that are able to be donated. Thank you!

Branden and his assistant (sorry I forget the name) were awesome with LoadUp. Prompt and efficient. Took them only minutes to grab everything. Moved things quickly and professionally. And they were very courteous. Great experience and price for the large items we had them remove.

I booked online. I received an automated call the morning of to confirm pick up. I received a call from the driver shortly after telling me they were on the way. My scheduled window was 8-12 and they arrived around 9:30. Picked up the mattress as requested. The whole process was simple, they communicated well and came as expected. I would definitely do this again if/when needed.

However my disappointment is with the actual company. I scheduled an XL load- you would think truck not a regular delivery Van. They sent a tiny Van and they just assumed and decided for me that I had multiple days to complete this. The team was complaining they didn't have space to take all the items on the order and that they would have to make multiple trips. I was charged almost 1K for me to be accommodating of their needs not the other way around. While the employees were very nice I would never use this service again. It was expensive, and a headache to help them coordinate their lack of organization and lack of respect of their clients time. I should not be helping them coordinate multiple trips, timing and what items to take 1st. I could have paid a 5th of the price to someone with a tiny delivery van if I wanted to deal with this project for this long. The service should have been quick and 1 time visit.

Very easy service to use! Nathan was very professional and courteous! Only took 5 minutes to load my sofa and chair. Worth every penny! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs furniture to disappear! Thank you LoadUp!

Everything was easy! I’m out of state and needed a couch removed from the memory care facility my godmother is living at. It was easy to schedule, and they were communicative when they were on their way. The director is the facility said it went very smoothly and that Larry was great. Would definitely use them again when we need things picked up and moved.

It was very easy to schedule a pickup time, online. I thought the cost was very reasonable. They showed up in the agreed upon time window, and my 2 sofas were gone quick! Would not hesitate to use their services again! :-)

Tried to cancel an appointment 10 minutes after scheduling due to an error, still required to pay 20% fee. I will never use this company again.

Definitely cheaper than any other company in the area! I got a large 3-piece sectional removed for $170 in under 24 hours. The loaders the day of could have had better communication which is the only reason I knocked a star off. I had a window of 4p-8p, they showed up at 8:30p. But overall, a good experience & I would definitely use them again.
