They are the worst! Do not hire them. They do not respect your time, and make last min changes and ruin your day.

Guadencio and the team at Loadup were prompt, professional, and super easy to work with at a great price for couch removal - and they made sure it went to a donation station rather than the dump! Definitely will work with them again.

I made an appointment and they quoted me just under $200 for the service. I signed up and they took the money out of my account. I cancelled three weeks in advance and they charged me a 50% cancellation fee. So, it cost me $93 and I had absolutely nothing done and cancelled two days after signing up and three weeks before my appointment. Crazy!

Reached out to get a bid for four items to be removed. First of all, they text and call an absurd amount - like multiple times a day for junk removal. 95% of their communication is via AI, so the answers to questions are inconsistent and they have no actual ability to maintain a conversation. They texted a bid for $139 for a hot tub lid, a wooden chair, and two car seats. I paid for it and tried to schedule. Then I realized the receipt for the bid did not include the hot tub lid and would be $30 more to add it. I reached out to the company and asked them to adjust to honor their quote. They said they had no way to honor the bid or adjust the cost from the back end, so could only offer me a refund. What the what!? They sent a quote and then have no way of honoring it? Such a colossal waste of time. Found a local company who did the same haul for $75, no issues. Would never recommend this company.

Customer service was friendly and accommodating but ultimately the crew showed up 7 1/2 hours late. I was given a window from 8 am - 12 N and they arrived at 7:30 pm. This is a service you pay in advance for so it’s a mind game of do I wait it out or go through the hassle of a refund. I knew I was in trouble when at 9:45 am, they asked me to send them pictures of what I needed to have taken away. At 10:50 am they said a crew had not yet been assigned, even though this had been booked four days prior. At 4:22 pm, I was congratulated via text that a crew had been assigned. The crew was nice and professional but I’m unsure how I feel about recommending this company.

Found just what I was looking for for my garden! Kelly was a great help who assisted in locating their spring assortment of perennials then helped me all the way to the car. He's a trooper and good employee for sure. Great sense of humor and true people person. Thank you Kelly! I'm sure we Lowe's will have a larger selection of flowers to choose to choose from soon. I'm happy with my purchases there today. Angel did a good job too. God bless you all. I'll be back!

The quintessential Lowe’s experience can be had here whatever day of the week you arrive. Will they have what you need? Maybe! Will the lines be long? Probably!
