Drew did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters. He allocated time to review the work with me and the final amount was aligned with the estimate. Very professional and respectful - I would recommend One and Done to anyone!

I don't often write reviews but haven gone thru four different janitorial services in the last 6 years I felt the need to complement Coverall on their reliable, thorough, and trustworthy services. I have several different companies with several different offices and and have been so disappointed by our previous janitorial companies that did nothing more then empty waste baskets and push desk dust around. We found Coverall Cleaning Services about a year ago and have been completely satisfied with their janitorial services. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and efficient cleaning service, this is the company to call.

Very professional all around

Over promised and under delivered, they gave us a good bid for lower costs but when the work needed to be done it was far from quality they promised.

This company is worthless! I would give the a zero rating if possible. A one star is too generous. Beware, that if you have issue the Corporate side will not assist you. Minh Lee allows cleaners come in that are not documented with a background check. NOT SAFE. 12 minutes of work this week, what a joke

We had Roger, the franchise owner of coverall in the Lakewood area, service my job.
He signed in and out within 34 minutes and NOTHING was done. Toilet, floors, countertops, desk and more were still dirty.
On top of that, he managed to mess up our door to the warehouse.
When we called to complain, he showed up to the front door of our shop and became argumentative and disrespectful.
Terrible service. Even worse customer service.
I would give them a zero.

The cleaning crew has great attention to detail! I love the fact that they are just one phone away if there is anything I need to address. I also have a cleaning log book where I can leave notes. It's very easy to add tasks that are outside the original scope of work.

We have been with Coverall for over 5 years now for all of our company offices. Coverall has been an awesome company to deal with. Cathy is great and always does a wonderful job coordinating special services and following up with us so we don't have to keep track of all of our janitorial projects. They always goes the extra mile to make sure all of our offices continue to look great. I can't recommend them enough. Great company!

Great job from this team, it was same day service, quick and they shared before and after photos.

Disappointed! Showed on time, there were here for less than 40 minutes and charge over $450.00! My roof is less than 1000 square feet and it’s a one story house with easy access.
They left a lot of moss in my gutters and down spouts. Gave me no recommendations. They charge way too much for what they do!

My neighbor has used LakeView ProWash for several years so I already knew this is a quality team. But I usually do my own roof/gutter care. With the November ‘24 storm and my not having time to do my roof, I opted to have LakeView do the job even though I was not home. So glad I did! They not only did a fantastic job but also cleaned up throughly afterwards.

As much as I like to DIY, I think having LakeView doing my roof each Fall might be the plan moving forward. 👍
