I have always dreamed of having holiday lights on a house and this year my dream came true. Not only did it come true, it came through perfectly. The lights are perfectly symmetrical, the wires hidden and at night the house glows. In addition to the quality of work, arrangement, installation and billing was so easy. I can't recommend Lakeview PreWash enough.

We had them install outdoor Xmas lights on our house and they turned out great. We did have a few bulbs burned out which they responded quickly to replace. You can count on them to provide quality customer service. I will be using them for other exterior services in the near future.

First off for the most part I am very pleased with the with how much better the house looks. It was really easy to get a estimate and scheduling an appointment. The workers showed up on time and completed their work quickly. Although I had been warned that it would harm plants being the first time using their service I had no idea how toxic it was. I think I have two hydrangeas that dyed and had 6 hanging baskets that were damaged. I thought they were safe but forgot they were doing the gutters. I would suggest covering all your bushes with tarps. There is one thing I noticed after it totally dried it left shadows under windows and corners. I did not let them know about this because most of it was my own fault. And will know next time what to expect.

Excellent service. Guy was professional, thorough, and explained everything in great detail. The carpets were done even faster than we had expected and they are beautiful! Great work, we really appreciated him!

I am using Accel for the second time. The first try was flawless. Expert care was taken to remove the stubborn pet stains. I have no doubt that in two years' time everything will look as good as new. I will continue to use them whenever I need new carpets.

It was obvious that Guy WANTED to do his absolute best. He’s not cheap but is worth every penny. He didn’t just talk, he fully delivered. My only warning is that he is so personable that I could have chatted with him all day... and I’m not a talker. Such a kind soul. That means more to me than the work but he literally did it all. We have relied on Accel since 2014 for commercial/workplace carpet cleaning and home carpet cleaning jobs (pet and child stains on carpets, annual rug cleanings, etc). Scheduling is a breeze and Guy and his team bring a professional, no-time-wasted approach and friendly sense of humor to every job. Their pricing is the best I've seen for their level of reliable, high-quality service. Also want to call out that their COVID-19 safety protocols have been excellent (which is not always the case for home service providers)- they arrive in full PPE and with protective shoe coverings. Guy was on time and ready to make sure the house was ready for real estate photos! He took out stains that were there from past owners and ones I didn’t think would come out.
The carpets look like new.

They eliminated a terrible mothball odor; I had a magnificent vintage rug that I had brought back from Morocco and stored in a garage for years. I had no idea whether or not it could be salvaged. They did an excellent work, and the price was reasonable.

I’d give 6 STARS if I could! Customer service and results were on point! Our white carpet was in need of a serious intervention: tea, coffee, paint, dirt, pets...it was in a sad, sad state. Guy was able to get out what other past carpet cleaners couldn’t! I wouldn’t use anyone else now, and can’t recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly communicative, kind and FAST.
