Our technician was really helpful and knowledgeable. He worked really hard, and eventually succeeded in removing the pet stains. His performance was rapid and flawless. The carpets in our home seem brand new.

Ray is an absolute treasure! He is knowledgeable and possesses high moral standards. He advised me NOT to clean my carpet for the next year or two. He is dedicated to his work and offers helpful advice. I received a mini-education regarding the care and maintenance of my carpet.

The owner Guy is super friendly and helpful! He was able to rearrange another appointment last minute for us so that we could get our carpets cleaned in time before our house went on the market. They got out all the kitty stains and the carpets look like new again. Highly recommended!

I was so impressed by Ray's knowledge of the age, type, and condition of my antique carpet. My forty-year-old, wool-based, oriental-style carpet was in dire need of cleaning as it had become flattened and brittle from years of embedded grime. Thankfully, no permanent damage occurred, and the carpet was returned beautifully cleansed and velvety soft. Ray described the optimal direction to position the carpet in the room for maximum effect and installed it kindly while cheerfully rearranging the furniture. Because I had overestimated the size of the carpet, the final cost of the cleaning ended up being less than the initial estimate. Absolutely worth every cent. I wish I had cleansed it many years ago!

I stumbled upon these guys and boy am I glad I did. I am so impressed with their customer service and the cleaning job they did was superb. I used them for my business and then my entire 2500 square foot home full of area rugs over hardwood. They did all my stairs too. There was a couple spots where I had spilled some paint years ago on my brand new carpet and they got it out! My area rugs (a bunch of them) are all like new again. It feels so good in my house now. They are so nice too! I mean really really nice!! You just don’t get customer service like this anymore. The cost was really low too. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m telling all my friends about them because they are amazing. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

Excellent quality. They even returned to polish a task that was already nearly flawless. The entire crew is professional, courteous, diligent, and respectful of my residence. They've done two excellent tasks and are now my preferred carpet cleaners. Unquestionably amazing.

Guy recently did a small commercial office space for me. Him and his employee did a great job and their price was fair. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry, came out for a quote when I asked him to and was able to get the job done on a tight turnaround. I know it was a small job for him so I really appreciate that he worked hard to get our business and made us feel like we were a priority. I will definitely use Accel again.

What a shocker! A company comprised of people who are trustworthy and forthright, who told me what they were certain they could do and what they couldn't, who won't accept payment until they've completed the work to my satisfaction, AND who did an excellent job. My cat had urinated on my high-end divan. I had very little anticipation. These men performed an outstanding job . I recommend them highly enough.

Shout out to Mr. Williamson at Accel Carpet Cleaning! I had a carpet cleaning job gone wrong and hoped that he could come by to help remedy the stains that never were addressed, etc. I ended up sending him a video and he ended up letting me know that I have two choices: to either go with Mr. color, or with a carpet repair job another person.

I just want to say that Mr. Williamson strikes me as a very honest and upfront person and is perfectly willing and able to offer very good references where his business stops and others begins. During a time in our world when it seems like most contractors would like to show up take your money and not even do half the job, it is so heartening to find people like Mr. Williamson, who are honest and upfront, and are really happy to help give good advice! It shows that Mr. Williamson has extreme pride in his trade and just really likes people and is very competent and knowledgeable about his line of work. He talked about pH balancing and the science behind carpet cleaning in such a clear and easy way that I was able to understand it in a way that I had never thought of that before.
