I cannot say enough good things about Accel. I have used them three to four times over the years, and they have always exceeded my expectations. Customer service and satisfaction are part of their culture. They are great at communicating before and on the day of service. I even received a text telling me they were on their way and giving me their estimated arrival time. On top of that, the quality and value they provide is unmatched.

I usually have my carpet, stairs, and couch cleaned. When the team arrived, I threw them a curve ball and asked if they could try and get a red drink stain out of a white shag area rug and a chair we had spilled on but could not get clean. We were going to give up and throw them out. Guy and team were visibly eager to give it a shot, and boy, they delivered. I now have a perfectly clean area rug and chair again. What a bonus and a relief.

When I saw all of the five star reviews, I thought maybe this was a scam. Boy was I wrong. Guy and his team were exceptional. I’ve never had customer service quite so good. Not only does he have a great personality and a great crew, but the job was done extremely professionally, and the price was right. I’m definitely going to be recommending them and using them again.

I could not recommend this family business highly enough! They not only did an amazing job restoring our (quite dingy) white carpets, but the service was thoughtful, prompt, quick, and incredibly friendly. Guy did an incredible job on our carpets! We have an older, white carpets along with two dogs and two teenagers. There were soda spills, dog accidents, and a wine spill we thought would never come out, but Guy worked his magic and they look amazing. His five star reviews are well deserved!

Guy at Accel Carpet Cleaning is one of my very favorite professionals to work with in my work as a Realtor. Several times I've thought we may need to replace carpet to sell a home, but he was able to clean stains and pet smells to the degree the carpet looked almost new! While nobody can pull off miracles, Guy comes as close as anyone can when it comes to carpet cleaning! He also completely transformed a tile shower surround through steam cleaning for me last month. These aren't the greatest "before" pictures but you do see one stain that completely came out, and the buildup of scum in the shower--check out the after photo! Aside from doing incredible work, he is truly one of the kindest (and hilarious) people to work with. Accel is the only carpet cleaner on my referral list, and I can't wait to hire him to clean upholstery in my own home (as we don't have carpet).

MCS recently cleaned our 15 story trash chute and trash compactor room at our condominium tower. They did a great job and even came in under budget. Owner Ben Strope and his staff are detailed oriented, organized and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again and suggest you do too. They are not the least expensive, however the eco-focus on water reclamation and recycling was a big plus.

The technician was very thorough and did a great job. He kept us posted about timing etc.
The person I spoke with to book the appointment unfortunately quoted us a price that was inaccurate. Even though he ask for the square footage of our great room and we provided it, his quote was only for a double size room instead of a triple. we also very specifically told him we had a grape juice stain that might need extra attention and he said it wouldn't be a problem it would be addressed. What he failed to tell us was the extra charge for that service was $75 and that traffic area treatment was an extra $40.

Great communication and follow through. Very careful and informative. We are completely pleased and will recommend Zerorez to everyone 😊. Also, great price.

Dominick was a very nice, professional & courteous young man. He was easy to work with and did an excellent job. He was in & out in a pretty quick amount of time and was easily able to add 2 more rooms to be cleaned over what he originally scheduled. He was very clear is what we could & could not do while waiting for our carpet to dry. He wore his show covers in the house every time. It was very easy to schedule online & I did not necessarily have to talk to anyone to get it all ready. We got clear instructions on what & how to prepare prior to their arrival as well. We are very happy with how everything turned out & will use them again!

Did not meet my expectations. Is not a deep cleaning service. Carpet still looked soiled. I used my shampooer in front of technician to show him his cleaning did not look right. My shark shampooer extracted a significant amount of dirt and debris from the carpet revealing an overall improvement. He denied noticing and then took a picture of my shampooer to claim my machine already had dirty water in it. His actions were an insulte to insinuate I was to setting up an act of intent to scam him did not go well especially when he made a threat by taking a photo of my shampooer. This in itself is not good business practice. I knew then this is not a company I wanted to do business with .He said he could do another run thru on his machine but he wanted full payment first.
I told him to just take his money for the poor service done, and be gone for we were done. I would not recommend Zerotez and his service and if you are in need of deep cleaning, you might want to consider a carpet cleaning company specializing in deep cleaning. Heavy traffic areas.
After paying Zerorez ($500) and asking the technician to leave, I spent the next 3 hours using my shark carpet cleaner to thoroughly clean my carpets and I pat myself on the back for an amazing clean job well done. My carpets are NOW clean.
BTW I have had carpets cleaned by other companies, and very much to my satisfaction. This isn't the first time doing business with carpet cleaning companies. However, this was my first and will be my last with ZEROREZ
