Scheduling cleaning was easy and the representative answered all questions and quoted pricing for my request, including a discount for new customers. The technician called to confirm his arrival time. He was very pleasant and did a fantastic job on my carpet and area rugs. I am very pleased and would recommend the friendly and professional service and people at Zerorez.

This is the second time that I've used Zerorez to clean my carpets and once again they did an excellent job. They called before arriving, checked the areas to be cleaned, and explained what would be done. The work was done in a professional, organized, and efficient manner. The paperwork was completed and any follow up instructions were provided (such as - amount of drying time and what could be on the carpet before completely dry.) It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Zerorez to others.

Great service. The office sent follow up reminders and notifications of when the technician would arrive, which was on time. The technician was courteous and explained what our different options were as we examined the carpet area. Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in a number of years and had various stains.

He did a great job cleaning the carpet, which met our expectations. The price was fair and matched our initial estimate, no surprises or extra charges.

Amazing service and result. They cleaned my couch and did a great job. They were quick to respond with a quote and helped figure out the best way to access my walk-up apartment. They were communicative and helpful, responding to texts making scheduling and discussions quick and easy. My tech called in advance and was careful to make sure he used the right process for the fabric of my couch. He went above and beyond to get a tricky spot out. Would absolutely recommend.

I recently moved to Washington. I have always used Zerorez in southern California for years. In reality this is the only way to clean a carpet thoroughly. Zerorez of Puget Sound did an even better job than California. Kris took him time and did an excellent job!! He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely be referring and using their service in the future.

ZeroRez was amazing!! My dear cat was dying and had lost control of his bladder and bowels at the end of his life. ZeroRez came and cleaned the carpeting and the sub-carpeting thoroughly. Because of their thoroughness and the quality of their work, I am happy to get down on the floor again to do my stretching and rolling before I do my workouts.. The house smells fresh and clean again. Good job and well done!!

Our technician was friendly, professional and he did a great job. He explained adding the pet treatment would help remove all our pet stains & some blood stains from our dogs nail accident. Carpets look clean & hopefully the stains dont come back after carpets are dry.

Cleaning was so good, I married the Technician! Zerorez cleaned our laminate flooring and couch. Got a stain out I'd been mopping for months and the amount of dirt and nastiness that was pulled out of the couch was incredible!
