Initially was very happy with the service but over time the admin issues became overwhelming. Changing my provider without warning, general inconsistency in service levels, and an irritating amount of pre-appointment contacts for what is already a regularly recurring service. 3/10

I have used maid pro for several months, each time asking for continuity. Due to the high turn over I was given a different maid each time. The cleaning was inconsistent and often half done very obvious. I left a review, communicated my concern and still got a full bill. While I wasn't looking for a freebie, I wanted to pay for the work that was done. They then authorized a charge on my debit card on file without authorization. BE AWARE!

Jamie is our new house cleaner and has done a fantastic job the last few times she’s done the house. The attention to detail is amazing!

Been with Maid Pro for almost two years. Fantastic results. My place is like a hotel room when I get home. Multiple "maids", and similar results from them... uh... can't think of any negatives. Worth the dough. Try them ONCE and see how your place looks.

Ask for Rocelio! He did a great job with my condo. The place looked brand new! Very detailed cleaning. :) Very very very happy with the service maid pro provided. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. They gave me a ring when Rocelio was done with the cleaning, he even locked the place up without me asking him to. :)

This was my first professional cleaning experience. My friend recommended MaidPro (she uses their service every two weeks, and loves it). Prior to the appointment, I had discussed which rooms were priority, and details about duration of cleaning and rates were disclosed transparently. I came home to the cleanest bathroom (top priority) I've seen since I first moved into my place. I definitely had expectations that in general the shower, toilet, counters, floor and sink would be cleaned, but the detail and care exceeded my expectations (especially when I saw that my 3-tier shower stand looked brand new). There are definitely places that were cleaned, I wouldn't think to clean & never had the patience to clean. I look forward to using MaidPro's service again!

Our Cleaner, Jamie, does a fantastic job and is very conscientious about noise and timing of cleaning offices. Highly recommend her if your looking for someone to clean your office space.

Our cleaner, Olivia, is fantastic. She keeps our apartment sparkling clean from top to bottom, is very respectful of our belongings, and on top of that, she's a sweetheart. We love her!
