Have used Zerorez for carpets with great results. Always pleased. Had 2 leather chairs & footstools, microfiber sofa & microfiber recliner cleaned today. Again great results. He was most professional, very personable and my leather and tired recliner cleaned up well. We have moved and was afraid they wouldn't travel this far. Am so glad they did! We will always use their company for cleaning our home!

DJ, the tech, arrived on time, explained the process and the pricing options. He worked continuously and did an excellent job overall. We are especially pleased with his effort on tile grout as it came out better than I expected. Highly recommend. One of the best carpet cleanings ever for us.

Alec and Kristopher were both were Very friendly, polite, flexible, respectful of property and on task. Took their time & was Efficient with pointing out issues without upsale tactics. Kristopher even returned to follow up on a missed concern. They both were knowledgeable and patiently answered questions and provided easy explanations with recommendations for future services. The upholstery cleaning is amazing…looks new !! Long time customer who will continue returning for quality results.

This was our first time using Zerorez and we highly recommended them. From making our appointment to the end our cleating was such a good experience. Zerorez kept us informed every step of the way. I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years now and each time they are very efficient, friendly, really care about the condition of my carpet, and address my concerns about my pets. This last technician has been excellent. I highly recommend using them, easy to schedule and reschedule if need be.

my technician was named Kyle and he did an amazing job. He was very respectful of my space and my time and make sure to turn lights off and doors locked. He was easy to communicate with, and conducted himself in a very professional manner. Upon thoroughly inspecting, my house to make sure my quote was the most accurate. He got to work right away and run away and worked diligently which made the whole job get done quickly. If I could afford to tip him more, I would have!

$500!!!! estimate (from their website) to clean ONE 8X10 area rug?!?! We have used them in the past and been pleased with the work, but that is way to much. Hammond Knoll is cheaper.

Alec was amazing! He explained to me everything in details of that it should be done on my carpets. I have 2 pets and it really needed a special treatment so he did and the result was great! Although my carpets are really old and need to be changed, they came out amazingly clean even looking newer. I already recommended Zeroez to a couple of friends!

Once again I received great service from my tech at ZeroRez. They do such a thorough job, my carpet - which is 20 years old - looks like new and stays that way for many months. Techs always arrive as scheduled, come prepared, and leave my condo looking great. My tech today, Alec Jacobs-Armas....quickly figured out how to get his equipment up to my 3rd floor condo. Great job.

The carpets look great when they were done. I have never used service before but I will do it again if the price is right. Seems pretty competitive. First timers get a discount, mine was $20. That was 20 less than their competitor. So I went with them trying them out. I was very pleased and the guy was very professional very nice. It took about an hour.

Very disappointed!
I was charged $457 for my 1500 sq ft home (not fully carpeted), only to have the same stains remain. There were two technicians who were in a rush and weren't shy to vocalize that they wanted to finish as soon as possible. Neither technician put any effort to remove any of the stains. As a result, we spent two of our evenings using our Bissell carpet cleaner to remove the stains ourselves.
I called the company, and the rep was willing to hear my complaint, but there was no offer for even a partial refund.
I will not use this company again for any of my properties, nor would I recommend this company to any of our family or friends.

Update: we got a call back for a $100 refund... sorry, but 5 hours of our time and materials are worth more than $100

Appointment scheduling was fast and easy with plenty of availability slots. The only thing I didn't like was when I chose radio for my referral, Spirit 105.3 was not a choice and that is where I heard about Zerorez for at least two years (maybe more didn't pay attention before).
Schedule verification was quick and helpful making sure all services needed was offered.
Once my cleaning tech Alex, showed up, he made sure to go over every possible service that would best meet my carper and pocket needs.
Alex was pleasant and understanding of my financial strain and was able to give me the best quote and a birthday discount.
The areas I wanted cleaned look amazing, they weren't even this clean when I moved in (I'm a renter). Alex was efficient, very thorough and did it all in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Alex and when it's time I will be giving them a call to come back and do more areas and for upkeep.

I was able to get a quote for cleaning my business carpets very quickly and got the appointment to do the work right away. Both technicians were very polite and super efficient. My carpeted area is rather large and between the 2 technicians they got it done in about 3 hours. My carpet looks amazing! They also did our 5 bathroom tile floors and they look like new. There is virtually no odor when they are done. Just a nice clean smell. It didn't take hours and hours to dry. Great experience overall.

I use zeroRez for the first time due to a three room deal for a decent price. They gave me an estimate window of 8 AM to 1 PM. To my delight, the technician called me around 8:30 AM to announce that he would be there in about 45 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable of the cleaning process for my shag rug that is throughout my house, Conducted his measurements, And gave me recommendations based on what he saw. The technician was efficient and my carpet looks brand new. They continue to have affordable deals. I intend to have my carpet cleaned every 4 to 6 months, just to keep my home fresh, clean, and sanitized.
Update: my only concern is that it took my carpet over 24 hours to dry. From looking at the website, most of the water should have been extracted. Walking across the floor Soaking wet. I had to set up fans and turn up the heat and order to dry the carpet throughout my home.

Wow! We had a great experience! Our old, dirty carpets look fantastic and smell new! Jason our cleaner was communicative and friendly! Everything went exactly as the company said it would. There were no surprise fees or missed expectations. I am very impressed!

They comprehensively cleaned and then spot treated our basement carpet. Good follow up too. It took about a month to get our three carpets back and for the technician to come back to redo an area again (at no charge). Overall happy with the company and will use them again.

Tony came to my home on Friday and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and answered all my questions. After discussing my concerns I even added a protection to my main rooms based on his recommendation. I felt very comfortable working with him and my rugs turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Tony and ZeroRez.

If I could provide minus stars, I would. I just received an invoice for the work they didn't even complete! The window given to me was from 12-5PM on a Friday but the technician arrived 6.30PM. I had spent the day moving furniture, vacuuming and waiting. After we went through the rooms and scoped it all, he pulled the hose to the rooms upstairs where the carpets were. He then disappeared for some 20 minutes. I found him in his van talking to the office about all the things he didn't have with him to complete the job. It was 8.30PM. I sent him home. I didn't get an apology call, an offer, nothing from the company. But I did get the invoice. Which I'm not going to pay, of course. I do not recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.
