Elias is a great professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciated the care he puts into his work and also his upfront attitude. He spent more time completing our project than previously estimated due to unforseen challenges with the original plumbing structures as our house is a bit old. Despite the additional complexity, he did everything to ensure the job was completed in the best way possible! He was also very mindful of our toddler napping time before turning on loud power tools. Definitely recommend!

I almost never do reviews, good or bad, but Elias is hands down amazing and the best contractor I've ever had where I've actually spent a lot of effort comparing many different contractors for the same job.

Price: significantly more reasonably priced than 7 other contractors I met / talked with. He was super transparent from the first second through the last and he made darn sure there weren't any surprises. He pretty much works for himself so no unnecessary price increases there either. Also, I was pretty open with him the whole time and I bet he could tell he could've price gouged me if he had wanted to, but he very voluntarily charged me much less than he could have. I believe I am a very good judge of character (have had 7 roommates in past 7 years and never an issue with any) and I am very sure Elias is just an awesome human being.

Service: 10/10. Very nice, socialable, flexible person all around. I'm an engineer so I like learning a lot about how to fix things myself and how things work, and Elias was always happy to teach me every single detail to also empower me to potentially do all these things myself one day. I loved chatting with him for hours even though I had a lot of my own work to do. Also got to meet his son who was wanting to help out; very loving duo here. These guys deserve all the business they can handle.

How long can YOU go without indoor plumbing? Without flushing toilets or having hot water to your sinks and showers? After two days of cold showers and using the restroom at Fred Meyer, I was recently rescued by my Property Manager (PM) who recommended Elias Broadstreet from True Blue Plumbing.

I know my PM is scrupulous in selecting her service providers, but Elias exceeds expectations! Besides being an excellent diagnostician and skilled plumber, Elias has a gift for recognizing the best, most cost-effective solution to a problem. He saved me thousands of dollars over another bid by re-routing sewage-line repair. He quickly identified a tenant’s “broken” shower as just a clogged shower head. His integrity in the face of clueless clients is as refreshing as it is impeccable.

My Tacoma home and rental unit are 60+ years old, and degenerating even faster than their owner. I now have Elias on my speed dial and am working with him not only to fix things as they break, but also to do preventative maintenance. This winter, he helped me choose the best (size, price, warranty) water heater to replace my long-past-expiration model. He also replaced lines to the sinks that had not enjoyed hot water for some time…. Most recently, Elias cleared my tenant’s dryer hoses and motor from years of lint buildup — saving me from buying a new dryer and probably from a house fire, if this hadn’t been taken care of.

I can’t recommend Elias highly enough. Property managers, business owners, retirement home crews, and the busy homeowner who doesn’t happen (or want) to be a plumbing professional, make Elias YOUR new best friend. You’ll soon wonder how you ever got along without him.

365 plumbing was absolutely amazing! I contacted a bunch of companies through Angi’s list because I needed an emergency plumber that could do a commercial building. My condo is on the 4th floor and apparently a special plumber is needed for buildings 4 or more floors (including a garage). 365 plumbing contacted me within minutes and was able to get out to fix my emergency leak within a couple hours. They quoted me a price, and that was the price after they did the job as well so they were not messing me around. They were extremely efficient and fixed the issue. I’m so grateful for their wonderful service! Easy communication and payment too!
