Hired this company to connect a waterline at a high rise that required a Certificate of insurance and they agreed to the work. I call the next day to confirm only to be told that they cant provide Certificate of insurance for small projects. That would of been fine if someone would have called me back. Now I have to scramble last minute to get this done by somebody else.

This guy is great. He came to visit my home at a time where many peoples pipes were frozen. I thought my sump pump was actually broken and instead of doing what most plumbers would do and charge you an inspection fee. He clearly articulated that my pipe was just frozen. He saved me a lot of money, because another Plumber would have known that charged me a lot of money just to tell me that.
