Cody came to my home today after part of the house lost power, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. He performed a very thorough review to pinpoint the exact issue and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. Before starting any work, he walked me through the required repairs and provided a clear, reasonable cost estimate.

In addition to fixing the problem, Cody completed a full electrical home safety checklist. He presented detailed findings along with several helpful recommendations, all explained in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire visit, he made sure I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the work being done.

Cody did an excellent job resolving the electrical issue, and he took the time afterward to ensure all my concerns were addressed and that I was fully satisfied with the results. His professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail truly stood out.

I highly recommend Cody to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused electrician.

Prescott was absolutely fabulous, I can’t recommend him and Hart’s more highly! He was so polite, professional, explained my options & pricing clearly and concisely, kept everything clean, neat and easy. He was so fast, kept me informed as to what he was doing along the way and had a lovely, friendly and fun personality. I am so grateful and relieved to have my kitchen plumbing and garbage disposal back in excellent working condition! Hart’s pricing is also great! I had a different company come to give me an estimate yesterday and was appalled by their prices-they were going to charge me $388 to install the garbage disposal, even though I had removed the old one myself, disconnected the dishwasher, plumbing and electrical-all he had to do was screw in the new disposal and reconnect the dishwasher line and plug it in! Hart’s charged me less than $90! I won’t use anyone other than Hart’s in the future and I will always request Prescott! He’s the best!

Dakota and Isaac were great! Very efficient, professional, and kind. They were honest and trustworthy and gave me a clear recommendation without added frills. They had a real focus on keeping things as simple and as cost-effective as possible.

First time using Harts after they bought out Allred Plumbing we've used previously. Although there might be some minor communication issues going on internally, so far I've been impressed w their receptionists & easy scheduling. They were all polite & prompt. Jeremy came out when he said he would. He was very polite, professional, communicative & explained well what he was doing & the progress. He was respectful towards us & our home. He made sure to wear booties coming in & out of our home which i appreciated. They are definitely not cheap but most plumbers are not lol. I would trust the quality of their work though.

Update: first diagnosis was wrong so I ended up talking to the service manager David. Even though it is a week of Xmas, he sent Eric out the same day. Eric is a delight to work with & he was able to identify the actual problem. I can tell he had so much knowledge & knew what he was doing. I trust Eric's work. Thank you!

I was happy with Trevyn’s service. He was able to come over in a timely manner and he thoroughly looked at our sink and pipes. He made it easy to understand what was wrong and gave a fair quote so that we can be prepared when we are able to have the service done. Very personable too. Hart’s (via technician John Lensch) responded incredibly quickly today, within a couple hours of me initially reaching out. This, after previously reaching out to a handful of other plumbing services, none of whom have contacted me at all.

John arrived and was quickly able to eliminate unneeded services diagnose the problem, which he finished quite efficiently, returning our toilet to full working condition.

John was friendly and professional, and made the entire experience with him and Harts a great one. I’ll be recommending Harts services any chance I get.

I had Miguel from Harts come out to inspect my bathroom exhaust fan. Although we didn’t end up moving forward with the installation at this time, I really appreciated Miguel’s service and professionalism. He thoroughly explained the entire installation process, described what would be needed, identified any gaps, and provided a detailed quote. Miguel was very friendly, took his time with the inspection, and was genuinely helpful throughout. He’s a great asset to the company, and I would definitely be happy to work with Miguel and Harts on future projects.
