Hal is professional and got the job done. Before he arrived, I received a call to make sure that I am still okay with the appointment that was scheduled. He explained to me what’s expected with my tankless water heater tune up. After he’s done, he cleaned everything and offered also to check on anything that might be an issue in the house.
The best thing is he didn’t charge me, he said the job is easy:) Highly recommended!

Harts was incredibly quick to respond and got us on the books for the following morning when our piped under the sink broke! The plumber that came out (Thomas) was very knowledgeable and genuine as well as kind. He answered all our questions and was very patient and set us up to have our pipes redone and get that project underway. The company was great with reaching out for scheduling and confirmation.

The technician was very knowledgeable and found the issue that we have had other plumbers out before that didn't find the issue. I would highly recommend Harts. Our technician Jovaughn was great. Jovaughn walked me through the issue and pricing and kept everything neat and clean.

Jovaughn came out and was professional and straight forward. Before he got started we went over pricing, and what the next steps would be if the clog for our sink wouldn’t budge. I would absolutely use them again.
I will mention, our service did get postponed twice. The first was short staffing, and the second time they were stuck at an emergency sewage issue. I fully understood. My clogged kitchen sink was an inconvenience, not a pressing issue. I would still use them again, and we had scheduled right after the holidays which is usually when things are crazy.

I recently had DeVante perform electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He quickly identified the issue, explained the problem clearly, and resolved it in a way that saved me money.

Trust me. I’ve dealt with plumbers for years. Harts Services has not been around as long as some of them, but hands down the best in Customer Service. My third time dealing with them. 2 at my house and once at work. 2x with a tech named Trevyn. He was progressional and personable. He came out to the house to clear the main sewer line, but that wasn’t the problem. He checked it and showed me on the camera. Went underneath the crawlspace. Found some issues that he recommended needs fixing. No pressure. Just the facts and advice and ways to mitigate future problems. Thank you Trevyn and Harts Services. If I could give more Stars, I would. Give them a call no matter how small or big your plumbing issue is, you’ll thank me later. You’re Welcome. Oh, they now do Electrical and HVAC now too. Nice! We need more companies like this. Fair, Honest and Affordable.

We had Dominnick out today to check the leak on our water heater whick thankfully is in a outside room. Ended up being a replacement. Due to me not knowing how to care for one, I short life ours. Dom went through the options, explained everything, and told me about the Forever warranty. Did the financing for the job and he did it. No problems, no hassles. This is my 3rd time using Harts Plumbing. My experiences have all been positive. I will continue to call them first.

Our technician Cody was great to deal with. He made the process super easy to understand. He gave us our options and what he recommended and why. Great company, we would definitely recommend Harts to others and will use them in the future.

I've had great experience with Harts. Both with plumbing and now electrical. Kyle came by to fix our garage light and while here discovered that our grounding wire outside had been snipped. He fixed both, and a few other things that had been on our list of to-dos, quickly and with high quality. He also is a friendly person who I felt comfortable having in my home. I would definitely hire him and Harts again for future work.

I contacted Hart's to replace a damaged electrical outlet in my parents' home. Electrician Jace presented to their home for the repair. Jace was extremely thorough, examining not only the affected outlet, but also every outlet in the house as well as the electrical panel, and ultimately providing multiple estimates for potential repairs and upgrades. Where Jace excelled, however, was his patience and professionalism during his communications with me, on the telephone, and simultaneously my parents, in person. Jace gets a 5-star rating; the 4-star rating stems from Hart's failure to disclose at the time I made the appointment that they charge a "diagnostic fee." The cost of the repair without the diagnostic fee was reasonable and comparable to other estimates I received.

Hart’s service technician Scott seemed like a very nice guy. What was not nice was how they quoted me $6,000 for a SPOT REPAIR in my water line. I told him I knew how outrageously overpriced that amount was and would not be paying that. He made a call to his manager and in an instant, they slashed the price 50%. I told him I would like to work with them but would not be paying that price and kindly showed him the door. I asked him straight up how they justify charging me that price for a spot repair and he gave me a grinning smile.

I took care of the issue myself the next day and had to pay an outrageous price of $19.94 in materials. I will be leaving a review on Yelp. Thanks but no thanks, Harts.

Every technician I have encountered has been extremely professional, friendly, and engaging. If I was just evaluating their field crews- 5 stars day in and day out.

I am a bit put off by the pricing and sales tactics. They won’t give a price range or minimum charge over the phone. You have to pay to have a technician come out. The estimate was 3x what I was anticipating based off my discussions with other plumbers.

Then they call, email, and text with minutes of the tech leaving and offer you some free service inspection to get you on the line for the next sales pitch.

Jovaughn was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his june of work, products and services.

We appreciate his stellar service and will request for him should we need service, again!

Our technician explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. Our issue was taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable price. We feel extremely confident in the work done and that the problem won’t return.

He showed up on time, on short notice and was able to give us a detailed estimate for Work. We are considering. We have not decided whether or not to work with The company, but we think that he’s very knowledgeable and he certainly is very professional. My brother-in-law is a retired electrician, and he thinks that the quote is twice as much as it ought to be. We need a 240 or 250 W outlet put in the kitchen for a kitchen stove and we need an outlet in the garage. That is just a standard outlet. We have a quote for three different approaches to the job ranging anywhere from $6500 to almost $9000. This seems very excessive to everybody I’ve talked to. Obviously, we know that it depends on time and materials, the distance that they have to go, they ease of access… Which ours is incredibly easy to access… We are getting bids from other companies before we make any decisions.

The receptionist, Vianca, was very friendly on the phone and was very helpful. The technician came next day and was on-time. Syrus was our technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very patient to talk to someone like me who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I learned a lot of valuable information I should have known as a homeowner from Syrus today. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.

Tyler did good job of checking and flushing our hot water heater. He was very nice and personable. BUT, the reason I gave a lower rating was because I had left a message with a person at Hart's for him to call or text me because of some issues I was having possibly related to the work he did. I had even left a text, but I never heard back from him. This is totally unacceptable and I will not do business with a company whose employees don't respect customers.
