Hot water tank wouldn't turn on, guy came out to diagnose the problem, said the elements had power so I had to be a bad control panel then try to charge me $2,500 for a control panel or six grand for a new water heater. I told him no way that I went and bought the water heater myself, as I was disconnecting the old one I found the problem, the wires to connect the old one on the top of the water heater had burnt up so there's no way the elements have been getting power like he told me. So really he didn't do his job he just came over to try and sell me on an expensive service. And I had to pay a service fee for him to come out. What a waste of my time.

Very professional staff and respectful of your property. Explains everything well. However, a single outlet installation was ridiculously too high. I could have gone and purchased an older used car for the price I was quoted for one outlet to be installed.

Beware. Review bill carefully. We were charged $172 for a simple task of caulking the existing cover of the shower head pipe to the wall. No warning that a whole house plumbing inspection was going to happen before the outside and tub faucet were replaced. Total bill over $850 for replacement of. 2 faucets and the simple task to caulk the shower pipe cover to the tub wall.

Dominick was great. He took the time to assess our broken water heater, walked me through all of the options, and then executed a plan that we were both confident in. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Harts performed an annual plumbing inspection as part of my Home Services Agreement. Their plumber, Hal Warwick, was thorough, professional and courteous, and carefully explained his findings and recommendations to me. In addition to inspecting the condition of all my sinks, toilets, showers and tub, he drained my hot water heater and checked it for sediment, provided upgraded hoses for my washing machine, and replaced two aging toilet flapper valves in the course of his inspection - all complementary. Coordination with the office, including the dispatcher heads up of his impending arrival, was professional as well.

Joe and Kyle did a great job looking over my ductless mini-split. They cleaned it up and gave me information about necessary ongoing and periodic maintenance tasks that need to be completed. Thanks guys!

I was able to make an appointment for a bid/estimate for a problem with a minor leak and a stuck bath drain for replacement. Jeremy was very professional and up front with the pricing for both jobs. We are currently entertaining bids so we opted to hear the other bids before entertaining/finalizing a work order. Thank you Harts services for the prompt estimation and for sending a pro to assist me on figuring out what needs to be done to fix the problems.

Another great experience with Harts Plumbing. The technician Jesse Hawkins identified my plumbing issue quickly and provided the fix and cost which was very reasonable. My go to plumbing company that does quality work for a good price.

Logan came out to look at our septic system and solve plumbing problems we are having. His knowledge about plumbing and septic systems was helpful with seeing the options to solve the problem. He was able to offer several choices for how to deal our problem and let us know the costs for each one. We will have to decide which option to choose - - I am grateful to know what can be done and feel confidence with the detailed information Logan provided.

DeVante’ was phenomenal! He was quick, thorough, and answered all of my questions (and there were many lol) as a first time homeowner dealing with our first electrical concern. Matt Westberry, from Hart's Plumbers, came out to give me an estimate the same day I found a leak coming from a service line. He was punctual and professional. He was able to give me a full breakdown of the potential issue and an estimate that was about 15% less than another commercial plumbing company. I feel confident referring Matt W. to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Our Hart's technician did an excellent job on our plumbing repair. He was on time, courteous and friendly, he thoroughly explained the work required, and then got the job done. 100% professional.

I had reached out to Harts after getting a crazy high bid from another local company to install a new tankless water heater and decommission an old solar hookup. Jeremy came out, look at what needed to be done and got us on my calendar. He was really helpful in explaining the work, explaining the issues with our current set up. Then Justin came on NYE to perform the work with another tech. Justin really was exceptional. It took 8 hours. They kept the area clean, let me know when the work would get loud (I was working from home and taking calls) and after he completed everything, explained what it pipe does, where the water is going, and how to shut things off.

Tyler did a complete inspection of the piping under the crawl space. Gave me overall information and tips and tricks as well as informed me of any plumbing issues that may arise. I haven't decided to get any plumbing work done but Tyler's level of professionalism was great and has definitely won me over to do other plumbing jobs as well as possibly paying for the home care plan seeing that I may have more issues in the future.
