Benla replaced my water heater and was willing to work with a tight schedule just before the holidays. Marquez was very friendly, respectful of my space, and did a great job - and arrived on time!

From calling to obtain a quote through having the two Benla techs give my final instructions the experience was seamless. The two techs, Antonio and Ivan, were the absolute best. They were on time, polite, knowledgeable, on task, and exceptionally neat! I recommend Benla, Antonio, and Ivan to anyone needing a new water heater!

I had a good experience working with Benla Water Heaters. They promptly gave me a reasonable estimate, and had Marques out the following morning to help.

Marques did a great job installing our new gas Bradford White water heater. He also went above and beyond to give me advice on some other plumbing issues in the house that I thought were connected to the old water heater, but apparently weren't .

The Benla team of Ivan and Antonio did a clean looking and professional installation of my new heat pump water heater. They listened to and accepted my requests when removing of the old natural gas water heater gas lines and exhaust ductwork. They explained how a heat pump water heater functions and went through the setup of the new water heater. They work great together, are friendly, personable, respectful of the customer and the property and professional. They are obviously quality and safety driven too. Antonio and Ivan are an asset to the Benla Water Heater Inc team!

I'm giving them 5 stars because Ivan went above and beyond with the installation. The company, on the other hand... They sent Ivan out on a Saturday (no emergency; we were just being cautious replacing our 20-year-old water heater that Benla also installed, and they offered us a Saturday installation with no overtime/weekend charge). They sent Ivan out with *one* water heater, which turned out to be defective. Their warehouse was locked for the weekend, which Ivan could do nothing about, so we got to spend 2 days without hot water (the old water heater was in no shape to be re-installed). A mature enterprise *always* has a backup plan; we're surprised that a company founded in 1947 would be so cavalier about minimizing risks and managing unexpected problems. Lesson learned: don't schedule Benla on a weekend.

I had a very positive experience getting my electric water heater replaced with Benla! They were very responsive and communicative about every step of the process. I sent a request for a quote and they emailed me back within hours. The tech that came out to replace the water heater, Shawn Reed, was also communicative and efficient. I appreciate the whole team and would highly recommend them!

Ivan came to my home on 11/18 to replace my old WH, which had started leaking. He managed to extract the old 80 gal tank from the cramped basement closet and installed the new 50 gal tank. He needed another guy to help move the old tank up the basement stairs (a tight fit), so he returned on 11/19 with Antonio to take it away. Before leaving they both inspected the new tank to ensure no leaks. All this was done efficiently and professionally. Excellent work, both of them.

Our tankless water heater decided to destroy itself on a Saturday morning. Promptly Monday morning Ivan and Antonio were out to replace it. It only took them a few hours. They were clear and communicative with their information as well and we're very happy with the replacement water heater.

The overall experience with Benla to get a new water heater installed was excellent. First contact to installation was 2 days, with the price beating out other providers.

Special shoutout to Tony the technician who came for the install who was an absolute professional, taking care to work efficiently and walking me through the work and what to expect.

Forest installed a new hot water heater. I have a boiler heating system and before Forest started the process, he made sure it was OK to install the hot water heater. He made several phone calls reg this and Ray also came out. I made several calls to Premier Heating ( who installed the boiler) and they weren't helpful at all, wouldn't have a technician call me. It would have taken 2 minutes. One secretary insinuated the BENLA tech was stupid. After spending thousands, that's how Premier treats their customers. Both secretaries were very rude and disrespectful (won't recommend Premier to anyone because of their appalling treatment).

BENLA made sure it was safe to install my new hot water heater. Premier could have cared less.

Both Forest and Ray were very cordial and friendly. It's clear this company cares about their customers. Work was done correctly and Forest made sure the area was clean before be left.

Then, today, Ray came by and inspected the work, to make sure the hot water heater was installed correctly.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
