I live in another state and I needed a plumber to meet my friend at her parents house where we did a surprise remodel on their bathroom. Ray and Alex were professional and cleared my sewer line clog quickly and efficiently. They left the bathroom cleaner than it started, even cleaning the backed up sewage out of the shower. Highly recommend!

I have an old house that always had a backed up kitchen drain, this time I couldn't fix it with my armature plumbing skills. So i needed backup so I called All Phase and luckily Regina was able to schedule me in for the next day. Than the 2 service techs Ray & Jason came a conquered the drain problem that came from a clogged floor drain line in the basement. Our drainage problem started Saturday. Sunday morning I call local pluming company. They made appointment for 3:00 and confirmed. Just before 3:00 they call and canceled. Immediately call other local plumber and got appointment Monday morning. They canceled shortly stating that they not sure if they can fix this problem. I ask front desk lady if she can recommend some on good and reliable. She give name of All phase Pluming.
They immediately made appointment between 1-2 and showed right on time.
Before starting job technician did full inspection and told me he can resolve problem.
The did great job cleaning system twice to make sure problem won't come back. Give advice on future maintenance and left place as clean is it was.
Extremely courteous and professional way of handling customers. And bill was about half of what other company quoted me.

Tony came out and fixed a leak that we have been dealing with for a long time that we tried to fix twice previously. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up when he was done! Would definitely be happy to work with Tony again!

The work we had done, was a clearing of an external drain.
Raymond and Jason from All Phase Plumbing, working with Gary's Pipelining and Drain Services, were professional. They explained what was causing the issue and cleared the drain to allow more water to flow down.
They also recommended possible further work to clear more embedded roots to follow.

Joseph R. did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Ours was tucked away in a corner and he not only cleaned up the debris there but also built a stand for the new one (old one was sitting on cinder blocks). We got quotes from about 10 different places and All Phase Plumbing beat them all in pricing. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommend and definitely at the top of my list for future plumbing work.

I had originally chosen All Phase Plumbing due to its high reviews. I was hoping the quality of work and professionalism would be just as described in the online reviews, and indeed it was! Certified plumber Ellis and his apprentice Geronimo came out to assess a situation with a failed pipe running through my property and my neighbors’. Ellis provided an assessment for a permanent solution and a reasonable estimate. As they were working on removing the failed pipe, they came across a section of pipe that was covered by a joist. It was very difficult to reach. Looking into this complication, and the possibility that a general contractor would be needed to cut the joist, Ellis troubleshot with his team and they were able to come up with a creative solution to cut a slight opening under the kitchen cabinet to access the pipe. The solution worked! Ellis and Geronimo were able to get access to the remaining pipe and replace it. They were both very professional, took their shoes off as they came into the house, observed social distancing protocols, cleaned up as they went, and guided us through the process of the repair. They even finished slightly ahead of schedule. The materials and their work is protected by a 5 year warranty bringing peace of mind. I will certainly use All Phase Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
