We had air conditioning installed. We appreciated a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done for the installation. Aqualine sold us a state-of-the-art unit that is very quiet and efficient. We can hardly tell it's on when standing outside next to it, and the upright orientation makes the unit more compact. Courteous, informative, collaborative company. We got three bids for the work and chose this company for all the above reasons. (Cost? They were not the highest bid. That one was way overpriced. They were in the middle. Note: The lowest bidder was going to install a unit that would shortly be obsolete! So, we chose Aqualine.) And the thermostat is programmable and very intuitive to navigate. You can get an app for your phone to operate it, as well.

Seth rebuilt 3 faucets for me. He did a fabulous job & gave me tips and answered all my questions. Thank you for a great experience.

Aqualine and Seth coming through in clutch again. Had some leaking issues with my toilet, bad gasket deteriorating from previous installation, and Seth was able to get it fixed in like 10 minutes.

Seth was our plumber from Aquiline, and he did a fantastic job! He was very professional, personable, and competent. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it, but also took the time to show and explain to us the problem. He gave recommendations for maintaining and future solutions if needed. From Mike Youngblood, the manager, to Daniel, the technician to all the office support staff, they all were extremely friendly, courteous and responsive to our requests and needs. Even when I allowed my anger and frustration to get the best of me, they remained calm and assured me that they would address all my concerns. I will turn to Aqualine Plumbing Electrical & Heating for all of my plumbing, electrical and heating concerns that may arise in the future.

UPDATE:

Over the weekend I had some issues with the Rinnai Tankless water heater that was installed by Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical & Heating. I called in early Tuesday morning and shared my issues and concerns with Ms. Ramona. She told me that she would send out someone around noon. The technicians, Garrett and Isaac, called and asked if they could come earlier that the appointed time. I said yes and they were here in minutes. Garrett and Isaac were very kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They went right to work on my unit - troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. They had my unit back up and running in no time. I appreciate the way they both communicated with me and answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. They were so nice and willing to accommodate my personal requests to put some boots around the exhaust pipes to give it a more dressed up look. Garrett and Isaac are awesome guys and Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical & Heating is a great company that will satisfy all your plumbing, electrical, and heating needs. Don’t waste your time and money on the other guys. Call Aqualine and save yourself time, money, frustration and aggravation. They’ll get you right!👍🏾

Seth, he was professional and quick. He repaired the pipe from the back of the toilet and even had to create a crawl access in my kitchen closet . My little house didn't have access to a crawl space. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

While away, a call from the city of Auburn reporting of a potential leak due to an unusually high water consumption. My property manager managed to get us Seth. He made the whole issue worry free. Seth provided detail info, found the root source of the leak, and repaired/replaced the broken part. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Seth has been a great help in getting my toilet set up and running again! I had a runny toilet that refuse to calm down. Seth was very patient in making sure I got the right parts for my toilet and making multiple trips to get the right pieces. The toilet part turned out to be more than the cost that American Home Shield would cover and Seth was able to help me negotiate with AHS to cover the difference. Will definitely recommend to other friends and family!
