Larry, Julie and their team are awesome to work with, especially in an emergency and you would not believe how wide of a service area they cover. Working with them is like working with family/close friends, always polite, professional and prompt which is very appreciated in a Commercial environment. Steve, Jon and the rest of the technicians are very knowledgeable and come with fully stocked vehicles so routine plumbing issues are able to be repaired during the initial service call making them more cost effective. Julie runs the show from the office and could not be a nicer person to work with. I recommend that they should always be your 1st call!

After a previous company had failed to resolve the issue, I called All Phase Plumbing. They came out on the day of the appointment, a tad ahead of schedule, provided excellent communication throughout, explained everything in detail, took care of the job, all in one visit. Caesar was great. He seems to know his stuff, was patient and friendly and provided a great experience overall. Definitely recommend them!

This is a long-overdue positive review for All Phase Plumbing and Caesar! I hired them in March 2022 for a misaligned new kitchen sink drainpipe assessment and repair/ installation. The company was immediately responsive, I was able to get an appointment to diagnose and treat my situation quickly. The plumber, Caesar, was highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding what was wrong & how to fix it (and it was complicated, he had to be innovative because it was not just a “standard” fix in my older home); the plumbing work was excellently and efficiently done, and the price was very fair! All what one would hope for and expect, and reason enough for me to always choose All Phase Plumbing for any future plumbing work I may need and recommend them to others.
Where Caesar really went above and beyond, however, and must be commended--is the story of how my cat somehow got on top of his truck and rode all the way to the bottom of a long hill (Shaw Road, if you know Puyallup)--Caesar noticed another driver honking & pointing, saw my cat jump off the van, pulled over, called me, waited there for me to get there while also keeping an eye on where the cat was going & calling to her, and finally helped me catch my cat and get her back into my car! All at the end of a long day when he was surely tired and could have just kept on driving. That is next level of customer service.

Travis and Tony helped repipe my entire upstairs. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I interviewed approximately 10 plumbers and was very impressed by not only Travis and Tony’s domain knowledge, but their effort to thoroughly understand my project and needs. The front desk folks are also incredibly helpful in answering all my questions to I can make a confident decision (repiping is not a cheap process!!). Thanks to this team! I’m recommending them to all my friends.

The 2 gentlemen who come out were great. They were running late from their previous job but kept us informed. They were unable to finish the job do to not having the part but came back first thing in the morning and finished. Both were very polite and helpful. Nice Guys !!!!!

I had the pleasure of hiring Brian to look at the water leak from water heater and replace the water heater. He went above and beyond in terms of service and expertise. He was a professional who took his work very seriously and was committed to delivering the best possible experience. Very courteous as well!

They came out and cleared out a slow draining kitchen/dishwasher drain. Has been working great ever since! Quick to book and set an appointment for the next day. Price was fair and straightforward with no need to wonder what they were going to charge.

Repeat customer here because of how great these guys are. APP previously did a huge project for me so when I had a smaller leak to address I came back to these guys. Tony was my plumber again. Tony is always great and we really love working with him. He's really great at explaining the issue and the solution to the homeowners so we know exactly what's going on.

Tony was great! The company responded quickly and fixed the clogged sink. My family and I have used this company for years. They have fixed and updated failed old plumbing in our duplexes and a 120 year old building. I trust Larry, Tony, Jonathan and their whole team.

Jason and Raymond were tremendous! They reviewed my issues, and went to work with great professionalism. They resolved most issues, as the others were out of there scope (and deeper problems). The team at all phase were super! I got my issues corrected before winter and 100% would recommend them. Jeremy did a great job, was kind, communicative, and very knowledgeable!

Horrible absolutely horrible!! Don’t waist your time or money with this company. They need to really closed down until they get better employees and management. No care or sense of urgency. Company is un organized the employees are lazy. I have a leak and still have a leak. The person they sent over made me and my husband feel like it was a bothersome he was here to help. And he even told my husband that his company doesn’t pay him enough to crawl in crawl spaces. And as soon as I opened the crawl door my husband had like 5 mouse traps for caution. You could tell they had been there for like 5 to 10 years, cause the traps were really old looking no mice in them no rats in them. Some might’ve been triggered by maybe me stomping on the floor or something. The guy looked at them said I don’t do mice or rats and I’m like ok There’s none in there so go ahead. He went halfway in the crawl space and literally jumped back and said that he heard a mouse or a rat. Talked to my husband abt running a new line to avoid going under house and would email us an estimate. I didn’t receive one that day. so called office I I called office next morning day 2, was hoping it was a bad employee not the company. The lady that answered said she knew what I was talking abt and would get that estimate over to us. And have the manager call me. Not an I am sorry or even that she was shocked as to what I was telling her. Now Day three still no call or estimate. of course didn’t wait three days so I called another company. Day 2 They came crawled right up underneath the house. They did see two mummified rats, but they had been there for like years. He said at least 10 years. Andy’s plumbing really great guy, went under didn’t see any fresh activity of rodents. So the employee from all phase plumbing was a liar to top everything off. The leak is not even under the house, but still no estimate from all phase or a call from
The manager and they was the first plumber we called. Worst company ever can’t believe they are actually in service.

Benla is the only company I call when we need a new water heater for more than 30 years! A technician always comes to my house to replace tank the day I called them. Marques is super nice guy and so reliable! The new water heater works great, too!! I will definitely call Benla again in the time to replace it in 10 years from now.

I was replacing my Bradford-White, which had been installed by Benla 10 years ago and given me no problems, but condo rules require a new water heater every ten years

I did my due diligence and called three difference companies. Venal was the easiest to reach, offered the best estimate with an assurance that there were no hidden fees, and unlike a competitor didn’t require a site visit to the tune of $100 before providing the estimate.

The installation went without a hitch. Marques, the lead installer, was training Antonio, and they worked efficiently and cooperatively to get the job done in the two-hour timeframe they promised. The followup inspection by a long-time Benla employee (Ray) showed that they had done an excellent job. Thank you!

Needed to get my water heater updated and I was recommended to Benla by a plumbing company I called. Everyone I have talked with at Benla has been so friendly and helpful. Jamal helped get me a quote super quick and answered any questions I had, and the price was good so we went ahead and scheduled it for the next working day. Marques and Antonio came to take down my old heater and set up the new one, and they were super nice and they were done half an hour faster than expected! My new water heater is now up to code and more, they kept my house clean through the whole process, and were even mindful of my cats. They also were great about explaining everything, which as a woman it can sometimes be tough to get info out of contractors. Hopefully they'll all still be working there in fifteen years when I need to replace my water heater next time!
