Great customer service and the clothes I have cleaned here are always cleaned very good!!

Very quick and professional service! I drop of my suits on Wednesday and were able to pick up on Friday. The price is also very reasonable.

I had 2 expensive curtain panels that were stained with cat urine at the bottoms (see photo for culprit ). They did a beautiful job cleaning and deodorizing them. It wasn’t cheap but saved the curtains! Thank you!

Natural Cleaners is one of those companies that makes one wish there was an option to award 10 stars. Tried them for the first time a couple of days ago. Friendly staff, competitive prices, timely service. Got my garments back, hung up carefully -- with tissue between the sweater layers, no less. I am so impressed with this cleaner that, though I'm moving within the year, I will be driving out of my way to continue to patronize them. I highly recommend this business!

I had a few suits, dress pants and dress shirts cleaned here for the first time. I am so impressed at the quality of the cleaning they did on my garments. Everything is pressed perfectly, smells fresh, and the service was really good.

I launder my shirts before I bring them to the cleaners, and I had 12 shirts laundered and pressed here and when I got them back home I noticed 6 of them had stains on them that weren't there before. I went back, the owner refused to do anything and laughed like it was joke. I would have agreed with the other positive reviews prior to this happening, but I now know what the owner is really like.

I went to have a cardigan dry cleaned here that was 100% cashmere from nordstrom. When I got it back it had large holes in the under arm area. He claimed it was old and the holes had already been there. I took another garment there and immediately took it back. No stars.

I have been going here regularly since moving to University Place about 5 years ago. My clothes are always ready on time and they have accommodated special requests from me for one day turn around on a couple of occasions. They are friendly and always do a good job - not just on clothing but also though to clean items like faux fur blankets and lamb skin throws.

Waited an entire week just to be told to come back a week later for one area rug. The owner had a terrible attitude and didn’t care at all. He didn’t even try to explain himself. He seemed happy about it. Luckily there are plenty of better businesses in our area and I found one quickly.

I hired Jessica to do weekly cleaning of the large property I manage, and do room turn overs as guests check-out. She comes in once a week and as needed. She is beyond outstanding! VERY professional, never cuts corners, great communicator, and does a phenomenal job every single time! the property always look pristine, and she always goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Jessica is so professional and thorough with her work, yet somehow manages to leave a personal touch while cleaning my home. Unlike larger cleaning companies, Richter's Northwest makes me feel like more than just another home to check off the list. Jessica takes note of my likes and dislikes and customizers her clean just to me. Also unlike other companies, it's so comforting to know that the same person will be in my home each time. After the first clean or two, I havent had to worry about leaving a million directions for my housekeeper. While Jessica is more than happy to tackle any new or different tasks I need done, I rarely have to ask for them. She takes as much pride in my home as I do myself and often notices the things that need doing before I do. Having a housekeeper truly reduces stress and makes life easier, but if that's not your experience and/or you've not had one before, definitely give Jessica a call. You will not be disappointed!
