We recently had Wolfe's out to our house to clean a couch that was overdue in a house with kids and a dog. Ed, the technician that came out, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job and the couch looked great. Chris the owner was super responsive for a follow-up need on the phone, and the whole team did a great job taking care of us. They were quick, clean, professional, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.

We were referred to Wolfe's Carpet Cleaning by a trusted source so contacted them online about cleaning the carpet in our bedrooms as well as a few different area rugs. I received a quick and very thorough response to my bid request and was quoted a more generous price than I expected. The technician was on time, professional and did an excellent job with our various types of carpet. He was impressively knowledgeable about what to use and how to clean each carpet based on type and material. We not only got our carpets expertly cleaned but also learned valuable information about them which will greatly help us when we purchase area rugs in the future. I will definitely recommend Wolfe's Carpet Cleaning to our friends and neighbors and use them again for future cleanings.

Bought a nice, but older couch of Craigslist for $100 which was steal. But it smelled a bit older and they had a dog (I am allergic). For about $180 this couch is now looking like new and smells great. He was on time, courteous, and did a great job. The man I originally spoke to was very friendly as well and explained everything clearly. They also came in a bit cheaper than the other option I was looking into.

They are amazing! They worked hard to deal with my schedule and did great work on my cheap apartment carpeting. Promt and on time, friendly during scheduling and while working. No gross chemical crunchy feeling, no gross chemical smells. It feels clean and soft again. Highly recommended!!

Great company!!! I'm so glad I hired them to do the carpets in my entire house. I was renting and moving out, they came the day before our move out, and it looked fantastic! But as the day went on and the carpets began to dry some more, spots were reappearing and some that I've never seen before started showing up. I was a bit disappointed. I called the gentleman up who owns the company and he reassured me that they would come back a 2nd and 3rd time if we weren't pleased with the carpets, free of charge. Our carpets were in terrible shape, from the last tenants and us. I'm so thankful that this company strives for the best and will aim to please. I'm glad I didn't go with another company that had a cheaper deal, whatever that was, because with Wolfe, you get your money's worth.

We used Wolfes carpet cleaning in 2018 to prepare our home for renters. The did an Amazing job! We had used chemdry 2x prior and they never came close to the results we got with wolfe's. There were no more stains or a hint of dog in the home afterwards, it looked brand new, even the carpeted stairs! We are planning on selling our house soon and they were on my list of people to set up to ensure the house looks spectacular. Always on time, professional and thorough. They took pride and took the time to do the job right. We wouldn't use anyone else. So we glad we found Wolfe's.

Exellent and professional service. Our Tech was Orion and he was amazing. Honest, fast, and thorough. The quote I was given by Chris absolutely fell within the +/- 10% of his estimated cost. The value I got from the labor was well worth it and if I could give everyone hugs I would. I absolutely recommend these people and their business.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I needed my carpets cleaned to satisfy my lease. I only had 3 days to do this. They were able to fit me in in a timely manner. However, I miss understood and did not finalize the quote. I called back to see what happened. After discovering that this was completely my fault Wolfe's Carpet Cleaning was incredibly kind and apologized even though it was 100% my fault. They quickly got a technician out to clean my carpets and stuck to the quoted price. The unbelievably high level of customer service and professionalism was jarring. I would have been understanding if they had said no. Instead they completely took care of me.

On top of all of this the job quality was impeccable. The carpets have been cleaned by other companies before and Wolfe's team pulled out more stains than any other companies did.

I was absolutely delighted with the service from Wolfe's Carpet Cleaning. From the initial phone call I felt the company would be honest and fair to work with. The job Orion did was top notch - it looked like I had new carpet installed! I would absolutely use this company again - in fact I have happily referred a friend already.

I called saturday morning and they were able to come a few hours later. They were able to get cat pee out of my couch! No stain, no odor, and completely sanitized. I definitely couldn't have done that myself. I'm so relieved that I wont be buying a new 1,200 couch. Great service from a great locally owned company. Highly recommend!

Excellent job on my carpet! They actually looked and smelled new again! We have dogs and were thinking we'd have to replace the carpet completely but I am amazed and very impressed at how well the carpets came out after this steam cleaning. I had a recent, great experience and would use them again. It started with the first call, a call back from an email I sent the same day. Pricing was explained, he mentioned keeping it cost-effective, and scheduling was easy. The day of he confirmed in the morning and the technician (Ted) called me when he was on his way. Ted was a good communicator, worked efficiently, and got the job done. Pricing was fair and I they will be my first call the next time I have a need.

Needed emergency, last minute carpet cleaning on a weekend for my MIL and Wolfe’s was not only OPEN and took my call on a Friday night, but was able to come out by noon Saturday - the next day! Great customer service. The carpets look amazing (probably been years since they’d last been cleaned). So pleased with the quality and workmanship, we’ve scheduled to have them come clean our own carpets prior to listing our house for sale next week!

I'm happy to make a strong recommendation to Wolfe's, in particular, Ted, the technician.
My unit that went vacant is twenty years old with original carpeting. When I bought it seven years ago I almost tossed the carpet thinking it was done, but it cleaned up decently. When my tenant of 2.5 years just moved out I assumed I would be faced with new flooring costs. I called Wolfe's and they sent out Ted. Low and behold! The carpet came out WAY better than any of the other two cleanings, and you can hardly tell it from new now! I was so happy to see this as it saved me the cost of new carpet. I called the company and the owner told me he hired Ted three and a half months ago and that he goes out with his new hires daily for 30 days to train them. This company and individual is worthy of recommending.

First let me start this off with saying it is a rare thing to find people like Chris Wolfe. I just bought my first home and was never given much knowledge on how to care for carpet. I had new carpet installed in my house when I first moved in and have struggled with ensuring that it stays clean. I got a puppy in March and after the potty training period timeline, I began searching for someone to clean my carpets. Wanting to ensure that I hired someone that would give me the quality and integrity everyone hopes for, so I began to search around and call different places. When calling to get a quote not only was the owner Chris extremely thorough in what I needed cleaned, but Chris ensured I got off the phone with the knowledge how to care for my own carpet.
