Did not show for the appointment. Had to listen to excuses for a solid ten minutes only to be told I would have to wait an additional 2 hours past my appointment time. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was nice and did good work, but the owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers.

Second time using the company to clean my carpets. Each time they've been on time, professional, reasonably priced, and completed each job well. I would recommend to using them in the future.

Dumped a WHOLE cup of coffee on myself and my couch. Calles Wolfe's. There was a minimum fee that I thought was a bit high, but I WOULD PAY IT AGAIN. They were timely and professional. Communicated well. Ensured that I knew to keep the area moist until they arrived. And they got my couch looking like nothing had ever happened. I was pleasantly shocked.

After using many carpet cleaners over the years, we had Wolfe’s steam clean our apartment rugs on the recommendation of a neighbor. The result was astonishing! Our older carpet seemed rejuvenated and bright. Two stains from linoleum installation were gone. The whole place seems fresher and truly clean. No residue. From now on, Wolfe’s will be our only carpet cleaner.

From the initial communication, prompt response to my needs, reasonable pricing and final result, this was one of the more positive professional encounters I have had. Chris, owner, was great in assessing my needs and crafting a good solution. Ed, the technician, was professional, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this business!

Long winded story, but PLEASE read!

So Tuesday night my cat decided it would be a great idea to pee on my brand new pillow top mattress. I was up all night googling steam cleaning services and rentals because cat pee STINKS. I was furious because it’s a brand new mattress, and I’m super weird about... Pee. I left an online inquiry for Wolfe’s, and around 8:45 AM Wednesday, I got a phone call from Chris Wolfe, and he told me that the job for the mattress would be $50, but they have a job minimum of $135 so I could have them do $80 of other work. I told him I’d think about it, since I didn’t want to spend over $100, and I’d go get a Bissell and try to clean it with Enzyme remover for that much. I called back and told Chris I wasn’t going to do it, because of the amount of money I’d have to spend and he told me he had Orion Wolfe (the tech that cleans) in my area and he could have him do it for $90. But only for that afternoon and ONLY because he had someone in the area. I was so happy! Orion was super cool, and explained what he was going to do for the smell, and was super quick. The mattress smells awesome and I can rest easy. Chris and Orion were communicative the whole time and I am so happy I found them. If you need anything cleaned, these are the guys you want to call. Thank you guys sooooo much!!!! Next day service and accommodating to your needs... You can’t beat that.

This was actually the second carpet cleaning place that I called when I needed work done, and I'm glad that I did. They provided me with fantastic service at a much lower price than another business. They were also very responsive and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Pleasant and helpful on the phone setting the appointment. Incredibly fast response. Cleaner did not have a GPS to find the location nor a laser to measure square footage nor was able take a tip with the credit card payment. Cost was about 50% more than I've paid other companies.

Wolfe's cleaned our badly stained living room, dining room, and family room carpets in September 2017, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and highly skilled in his craft; and succeeded in removing every stain. Furthermore, the carpet looks like new in every room. I had begun regretting the purchase of this carpet, which was only 3 years old; and now I love it again!

I called Wolfe's carpet cleaning because Stainmaster listed it as one of their recommended cleaners. The owner himself answered the phone and gave excellent service everytime I called. After making several other calls I chose Wolfe's. The technician who arrived at my home as planned did the job as was described to me by the owner. The attention to detail and every aspect of the job was 100% satisfactory. The products used are allergy and pet friendly leaving no perfume smells behind. I highly recommend this company and look forward to the next time my carpets need cleaned!!!!!!

Wolfe's cleaned our carpets in May and some upholstery in August. We were very happy with the work in both appointments. Orion was the technician both times. I will call Wolfe's whenever we need these services.
