Igor is incredibly knowledgeable about dryer models and quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone based on my description of the symptoms. He gave me a fair quote upfront for the heating element replacement. On the scheduled appointment day, Igor arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He was efficient yet meticulous, carefully disassembling the dryer to access and replace the faulty heating element. Within an hour, Igor had the new heating element installed, reassembled the dryer, and ran a test cycle to ensure everything was working perfectly before cleaning up the workspace.

Igor is an outstanding appliance service technician. He gave us good advice on our damaged worn out from overloading washing machine. He saved us from a dryer house fire from a plugged dryer vent and heavy load of lint debris inside the drier.
Plus he repaired a noisy worn bearing in the dryer. Will run for more years.
He gave us good advice on overloading the washing machine with too many towels leading to too much water in the dryer and damage.

Igor was great, very knowledgeable and efficient, I called him at 5:00 pm with a broken dishwasher, thinking I might be able to make an appointment within a day or two, but he said he could be there at 6:30 pm, same day, and fixed it with new pump by 7:30. I am a very happy customer
