Constraction reviews in Vancouver, Washington

Vista Home Construction replaced a 75’ fence. They did a wonderful job! The fence looks so good! They were very careful about the numerous plants and sheds that were along the fence line. Arrived exactly when they said they would, excellent communication, and all cleaned up when they completed the job. And, excellent price (lowest of 4 total bids). Would definitely hire again!

I had an issue with the screws coming loose on my gate post that Cesar installed in 2021. I called Cesar about it on Monday and he was able to come out and fix it 2 days later at a reasonable price. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent work. I appreciate that Cesar didn't try and add extra work that wasn't necessary. He told me what needed repair, and that's what he did. I'm very happy and I will use him again for future fencing needs.

Very Professional, prices were very good and they finished a day early. The fence looks Awesome!! I will have them back soon to take care of more of my fencing needs. Thanks again Cesar! Happy wife, happy life. And my wife is very happy with the fence.

Two smallish projects completed in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and with very good results. I’ll use this company again.

Vista Home Construction LLC did an amazing job repairing and painting my fence! They worked quickly and thoroughly, delivering excellent quality at a great price. Their communication was clear and professional, and they were incredibly flexible and easygoing throughout the process.
The results exceeded my expectations, and the entire experience was stress-free. I highly recommend Vista Home Construction LLC for their skill, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.

Amazing job removing an old fence across my yard! They were prompt, communicative, and speedy!

I am so happy with how our fence turned out and Cesar was very communicative throughout the entire process. Would definitely use them again!

Great experience. Fast, friendly and thorough work. Left no mess. Highly recommend.

Cesar fenced our back yard and was great with communication. He would tell me when he planned to arrive, and he got the fencing job done quickly.

Vista Holme Construction installed new fences at my house, and they did an excellent job! They were fast, and the fences are very sturdy. After they finished the fences, we hired them to paint the house, and they did a fantastic job there as well. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable.

We had a scheduled appointment with this fence contractor to come out and fix and construct our gate. Unfortunately, he canceled the night before—at 10:20 PM—giving us very little notice. We tried to be understanding and rescheduled, but he canceled again at the last minute.

We’re extremely disappointed with how unprofessional and unreliable this experience has been, especially given the many positive reviews that led us to choose this company in the first place. Customer service and reliability are incredibly important, and in this case, both were severely lacking.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this contractor.

I highly recommend Vista Home Construction on any fencing projects. Cesar is wonderful to work with. He is thorough and professional. The quality of work is excellent, he maintains great communication throughout the project, and completes the project in a timely manner. The job site was left very clean. This is the second time we hired them. They replaced a fence at our rental last year, they did a great job again this time at our house. Thank you Cesar!

Cesar did great work at a very good price. We had a gate added to our fence and another gate replaced

Excellent customer service, very reliable and great workmanship.
Highly recommend Vista Home Construction for all of your fence related needs.

Fast and looks great! Would hire again.

Cesar and his team did a great job replacing my deteriorating fence. They completed the job in 2 days in very challenging weather and the fence and gate look great. And he treated us fairly. Very satisfied!

César and team did a great job repairing my fence / gate which fell over during a windstorm due to 4 rotted posts. Replaced 4 posts and was able to get the job done in a few hours. Fast communication, timely, and a great price. Would definitely recommend!

César did an outstanding job building our fence. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The craftsmanship is excellent—the fence is sturdy, perfectly aligned, and looks great. He paid attention to the details and made sure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would gladly recommend César to anyone in need of quality fencing work.

Turned out better than expected. Team completed work and communicated well. Bid was competitive and work was quality.

Look no further if you need a fence installed or repaired for that matter. Caesar is very talented, professional, great communication, and price you can't beat. The quality is top notch, work is impecable, detail oriented, and timely. He installed a 5' black cyclone fence with 6' gate.
