Constraction reviews in Vancouver, Washington

Excellent service…Vito and crew were very customer service oriented and did an excellent job. The stump grinding contractor he uses is top notch, friendly, and quick! I definitely would recommend NW Reliable Home Services! Thank you!!

This is my first house, which is a bit overwhelming, but Vitaliy and his team did a wonderful job of not only cleaning the gutters, but identifying the potential issues of the gutter/draining system and answered my questions and offered ideas about the trees trimming and fence/concrete improving as NW Reliable Home Services is a very versatile company that can take care of multiple home improving projects. They also brought to my attention (and fixed it) that the nails on top of my roof needed caulking to avoid water leaks, which was overlooked by the roof replacement workers two years ago. They’ll definitely be my go-to companies in the future.

I am very happy and excited to referring NW Reliable Home Services to other. Great customer service, they were on time and Safe, left the job site clean after Large Removal Hazardous Fir tree. Thank you Vito for great communication skills and excellent professionalism. You guys are a pro. Thank you again.

Vito came out to bid the job and, once hired, did an excellent job of fixing our gate. He came out on what was one of the coldest days of the year to do the work. He’s a great communicator so I never had to wonder what he was doing. He complted the project in great time and took the old boards to dispose of them. All I had to do was pay him! I will keep his card and call him first when the next repair comes up.

Vitaliy and his team did a very nice job installing a new fence around my house, and the price was right! He understood exactly my requirements and was very pleasant in our conversation. I will hire him for more future jobs and projects at my house. Totally recommended!!!

Incredible work! Our reinforced deck looks fantastic 👌 we're so happy with the results! Price was right and they got us in before the freeze tonight. Great job guys, look forward to working with you on future projects 👏

We needed a gravel pad for a storage shed. These guys came out promptly and went beyond the call to finish the project just as we wanted it. Thanks!

We recently had a couple trees trimmed on our property by NW Reliable Home Services. They were very professional, super friendly and had financial options available. We highly recommend for any services needed for your home improvement!

Reached out to NW Reliable due to positive reviews and my neighbor raving about them as they had the company do a few stuff for their house. I was definitely not disappointed. From great communication to great work. Shout out to Andrew for going above and beyond! And thanks Vitaly, we will definitely be reaching out again.

Amazing service, professional, trustworthy & a company I will use again!!! I appreciate the friendliness & his willingness to make my emergency his, and he did it within my budget.

I talked to many other contractors & Vito was the only 1 that took the stress & worry away after talking. I am out of town & after meeting for the first time I knew I could leave & the project was in capable hands. Did I mention they also worked within my very tight budget. However they didn’t cut corners on quality, which I appreciated.

I called Vitaliy to see if he did pressure washing. He was out shortly after I called him with estimate & went over everything I requested to be done.
Next day they came back & worked all day. The were back next day to finish the job. It looks so nice now. I am so pleased with Vitaliy & his crew they are so pleasant & they do what they said they would.
I would highly recommend this company.

Called for junk removal. Had someone out there and the job done within a couple hours. Great communication, easy digital payment.

I highly recommend Nw Reliable Home Services. I’m confident they provide high-quality and affordable service. I’ve known them for a long time and can say they are honest, reliable, and always offer the best prices 🙏🏼

Vitaliy and his team went the extra mile in absolutely everything that they did. I needed help moving certain furniture from one place to another, they came very quickly, moved very efficiently, and were extremely careful with all of my belonging. High level of professionalism while at the same time being very careful and intentional. Will most definitely be using their services again!

Vitaly and his company are fantastic. Very straightforward to work with, friendly, good communication, and excellent quality work. We’ve had them do a few landscaping projects, including trimming a massive oak tree that was hanging over my and my neighbors house, taking down a problematic Douglas fir and Alder, along with a few other things. Each time he comes out, makes sure he clearly understands our needs, and provides fair quotes. This last time we were doing a lot so he even threw in a couple of the smaller things in at no cost, which I appreciated. They show up on time, are efficient and respectful of the property, and transparent. He even noted if anything went slightly amiss and doesn’t try to cover anything up. Before they leave they make sure everything is tidy and that Inal happy with the job done.

They offer a lot of services too, and Vitaly was able to offer me some quotes on a few other projects I mentioned with no pressure. I’d highly recommend reaching out to see how they can help you with your project, it’ll be a friendly and productive conversation no matter what. Thanks Vitaly!

NW reliable home services did an excellent job trimming the trees on my property. They were on time, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The trees look good and healthy now. i really appreciate their attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend their services!

I recently hired NW reliable home services for tree removal, and yard cleanup services, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, they were quick, efficient, and professional. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, handling everything with precision. they ensured the area was left clean and safe. The yard cleanup was flawless, and they took care of every little detail, making my yard look amazing.

What really stood out was their friendly demeanor – they were always courteous and happy to answer any questions I had. The best part? Their prices were more than fair considering the quality of work they provided. I highly recommend NW Reliable home services to anyone in need of these services. You can trust them to get the job done right and at a reasonable price!

In December 2024, we called NW Reliable Home Services to perform standard maintenance on our ten-year-old roof. The roof was in good condition, and we wanted to make sure that there were no issues that could result in more significant costs later. After getting bids from four different companies, NW Reliable presented a bid comparable to and price competitive with the others. What impressed us most was how comprehensive their service was. Things like nails missing on flashing and shingles were replaced without charge. They made sure the job was done right. They also pointed out issues with fascia boards and future needs. They earned our business and will be among the first people we call for future jobs.

Vito and his team were great! They expertly removed two large trees from our property with precision and care. When we struggled to move one of the large sections, Vito returned to cut it into manageable pieces, ensuring we could handle it easily. Their exceptional service and dedication exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!

The owner of this company was so professional and timely!! If I could find somebody like this in all my business ventures, I believe I would never have a complaint.

He was patient with me and listened to what I would like to have done, and never said "no, we couldn't do that". The finished product was beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

He is my "Go to" from here on out for any big cleanup jobs I have need for.

Contacted several companies and most just quoted over the phone. Vitale from NW Reliable not only called , but also come over to see the fence project location. Explained everything great up front and offered the best price. Even including removing the old fence that had fallen down. Showed up when promised and completed the job on time using quality materials. Recommending without reservation.
