Constraction reviews in Vancouver, Washington

Prompt, Easy to work with, Quality materials! Attentive to our particular needs and requests. Got the job done quickly! Out of numerous bids, his was the most reasonable for his quality of work and materials. A+++ from us!

So, early December 2023, I found a portion of my fence laying in my neighbors yard. I posted request for bids to repair the fence and Vista Home Construction responded with a reasonably competitive offer after surveying the site. What struck me in deciding on going with Vista, aside from their bid was their demonstrative professionalism and their genuine courtesy.
They approached the project in a timely manner and completed it in the same. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire this company for future projects.

Awesome job and very efficient. Had my fence and RV gates in a week 100%
Also replace the wood ariund my gazebo that was rotting out now a couple months later. Looks awesome and when I paint it it will be like new.

Cesar does excellent work. He and Juan installed a 90’ Western Cedar fence in our back yard. He’s precise with measurements. He’s on time and very conscious of his work I would recommend his company to anyone who’s looking to have a fence installed!

From day one César was professional, communicative, respectful and did an amazing job on my fence. His prices are very fair and workmanship is top notch! Very reliable and flexible with schedules.

The crew did the job to my exact specifications. Always punctual and exceeded my expecatations for quality work. Their price was the best bid I received and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Vista! We love our new fence!!

Cesar did a fantastic job with my new fencing (including multiple gates). It turned out really well and is so much more sturdy and well built than what was here before. He and his partner worked quickly, and in tandem with a tree removal crew who had to take out a tree that had been used as the "corner post" of the previous gate. Pricing was very reasonable and I am very happy I chose Vista for this job.

I would highly recommend Vista Home Construction LLC for any and all of your fencing needs! We just moved and needed quick and reliable fencing for our dogs! We got started on a Monday and they finished Thursday afternoon. I mentioned the fence had more space at the bottom and I was afraid my little dog could escape, they quickly made adjustments to perfect it. Very professional, best cost estimate for my area compared to others, beautiful work and safe for my dogs! If you are looking for professional and quality, this is the one! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

He did a wonderful job and was quick about doing it. Im very happy with his work and would recommend highly!

We were very pleased with the job Ceaser & Juan did for us. He arrived on the job site even a bit earlier that originally told us which was fine with us. We would recommend Vista Home Construction for your next project. Before and aft pics…

Outstanding job. Fair price. Highly recommended.

Cesar and his team did a wonderful job demolishing my 18yo cedar fence and replaced it with a brand new one with metal posts. We love it! We made a couple design changes from the old fence on his recommendation and they were spot on. This crew is very professional and they know what they are doing. Worked fast also. Found out my next door neighbor used him a bit last year. This is your guy if you need fence work. Call him!

Cesar did a phenomenal job for far less than the other 3 quotes we got for our front yard fence. The fence is solid and looks great. It's just all around quality work for a reasonable price and I am happy to recommend him to others. We have a big old Rhododendron where one of the fence corners needed to be and we are very thankful Cesar got the fence installed without damaging it.

From the first phone call to get an estimate to the finished job was 3 weeks. A job well done. After I called,Cesar came by the next day to look at the job and gave me an estimate the next day. It was very detailed explanation of the work and the amount was fair (the lowest between 3) arrived at the job as promised and started on the fence a 8am pronto in the rain! Cesar and his brother worked all day and came back the next day to finish the job. He even repaired an older fence, replaced a rotten post and it looks almost a good as new. I will definitely call him back in the future to replace the 103ft fence. But for now, it looks great. Here are some pictures of the work he did! He used #1 grade cedar for the fence and it looks beautiful!! Highly recommend Vista Home Construction. Thanks Cesar and brother!!

I recently had my fence repaired and a new gate installed by Cesar, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He was professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job. The workmanship is top-notch, and the gate operates smoothly. Cesar took the time to ensure everything was secure and built to last. On top of that, he was friendly, easy to work with, and left the area clean when the job was done. I highly recommend Cesar to anyone needing fence repairs or installations—great service at a fair price!

Cesar and his team did excellent work replacing our fence. Quality craftsmanship and a great experience overall!

I would give 8 stars if I could. Cesar and his crew member took on a challenging metal slat fence build which can be more difficult if the terrain is uneven. Mine was...just a little but that's likely worse.

Vista was very quick to start, came on time, and was professional in every aspect. The quote was very competitive.

Quality craftsmanship was exhibited at each step...each pole was plumb (level and upright), level to other poles in a stretch as well as checking the level of each of the boards.

I had all the supplies as my brother was going to do the build but he got injured. Cesar and team was very mindful of the stock I had and used every board to maximize efficiency. And, when decisions had to be made, my input was respected and honored. (Often doesn't happen as a female with contractors).

I am so thrilled. I highly recommend Vista Home Construction for your fencing project.

Cesar got the job done in two days ! Beautiful work , very professional. And was so flexible when we slightly needed to change a few things last minute. I’ll be contacting him for any future projects!

Cesar and his crew did an outstanding job replacing a back fence in under a day, including new metal posts. They were professional, respectful of our and our neighbor's property, and left the area looking like they hadn't been there, cleaning all remnants. His pricing is great and his communication and expertise are to be commended. The materials were top quality. We will have him back to do additional projects.

The entire driveway installation process was seamless, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly Keystone Concrete staff.

We used Keystone Contractor’s sidewalk repair services and were very satisfied.

Their concrete repair experts restored our cracked surfaces flawlessly. Very satisfied with the outcome.
