Constraction reviews in Vancouver, Washington

Reliable indeed! Excellent, excellent company to work with! I’m an Estate Manager and work with service providers on a regular basis. I needed a company to help remove Trees that had grown too big for their space. I spoke with the owner about taking half of them out, removing dead ones, and trimming the lot of them of them that remained. He worked us in quickly, communicated with us instantly, providing options and professional input. They were punctual, professional, friendly and did exactly what they came to do, leaving no trace behind! We are so happy with the result. Highly, highly recommend. We’ll be calling it hem again for our next project!

I wanted to remove a hedge from the back of my property and replace it with a fence, my neighbor referred me and I was not disappointed. Vito came out listened to what it was I wanted, answered all of my questions and explained to me the different options I had in achieving what is was I was looking to accomplish in my backyard. When I was ready they were able to work with my schedule and did a fantastic job. I was unable to be home on the first day of work where they removed & chipped a large hedge and also removed 10+ stumps but when I arrived home my driveway, patio and backyard were completely clear of any debris and the only sign of anyone being there was the missing hedge. I would recommend this company again and again. The time they take to explain what they are doing & answer all questions, their professionalism and respect of your property & time and the ease at which they communicate making it feel like a trusted friend, give them a chance and I have 100% faith you will be happy with the results!

This company is exceptional. You can expect expert work, on time crew arrivals, excellent communication and genuine warmth. They’re happy to work with you on pricing options and I really appreciate how they offer suggestions along the way. An easy five stars: highly recommended.

What an awesome group of people! Great quality work and the team kept me well informed on progress of permits, when job will start and when completed. I Will definitely use them for all future home service needs and I am excited for the next project:)

Vito and his associate did an excellent job fixing my rotting deck beam that supported my deck and a water damaged floor board. Their attention to detail and Vitos informative step by step process helped me understand what was being done. He gave me a fair quote and the job was done in one day. Glad I found NW Reliable Home Services ( Vito in particular). Found them in Google and there's a reason why they have 5 star ratings. Thank you Vito and NW Reliable Home Services!

Needed porch steps fixed so they were ergonomic. Painted porch beautifully with textured (sand) deck paint. The color we chose, (with Vito's suggestion) was Chocolate brown. I love how it looks, no slipping down the steps in winter. I needed a gate secured for puppy escapes. He went above an beyond to figure out a solution. I appreciate his quality of work and friendly attitude. I will be having him do more repairs, and roof cleaned. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I will highly recommend them ! Its been wonderful working with them the whole team was awesome! Kudos starts From Vito n his crews ! And did a great job my rails so beautifully match my Pergolas ( Louvers ) n the trim ! Im a satisfied customer here i will definitely hired them back if ever i will do a project

We had an old cracked and broken driveway.
NW REPLACED the old one in one day.
They did a great job and cleaned up after. All the workers were great !! We are very happy withe the work done. They did the job the way it is supposed to be done.
We highly recommend NW FOR any job.

They cut down a 100 ft huge tree, trimmed limbs on 5 trees and put up a beautiful fence, nice and sturdy! Very hard workers! Cleaned up everything and the backyard looks great. Would definitely use them again for other work!

Excellent service! The team trimmed several trees in my yard and did a beautiful job shaping them. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up everything before leaving. My yard looks amazing — highly recommend!

Excellent design, implementation and followup skills. They worked with us on designing and then building a beautiful cedar fence at a good price. We also had them remove a very tall (but dead) birch tree, trim some other trees, and also grind out about 20 stumps around the property. The owner Vito stays personally involved in each step of the process and provided us ideas and suggestions as they worked. He kept us fully informed of progress and followed up after each milestone. Good price, good people, and just a heck of a nice guy! We will be having him back in the spring for landscaping and a new patio. Thanks Vito!

Would like to thank Vito Erica & their Crew for a wonderful job well done for my Beautiful deck and i would like to share couple photos ❤️❤️❤️

I wasn’t going to give them a review at all but I’m so disappointed and pissed off they did a terrible job had me buy cedar for the post the then latter said I should’ve bought fur. That’s just the start I have photos I’m sending with this review, I had to pay another contractor a 1000 to fix all the stuff they didn’t do right on top of the 7000 I gave them I would not hire them to build a dog house!!!!!! The real kicker is the post they used to hold up yhe corner of the deck you can see there is nothing under it but some dirt they put in the hole I’m telling you people don’t hire them

Honestly this is probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a home service in my lifetime. They came and assessed my fence and deck and found it was rotting and gave me a great price to fix it. I had some issues with my HOA and they are helping me resolve the issue. I’m super happy with the work and overall experience and you will be too!!

Really have to extend my appreciation to NW reliable home services. As you can see in the photos, the support holding up our upper deck was rotting, and after multiple quotes from different providers, they were the first to express genuine concern for the risk this had on our family. Not only did they come out same day to take a look, but then they moved other jobs around to ensure that the beam was replaced before the deck could potentially collapse. Clearly, this is a company that leads with empathy, but also has a very keen eye for design. We love the new look and are very grateful for their services. I highly recommend!

5 Stars!
I had a huge tree hanging over my roof in 98607 and needed expert help fast. These guys were amazing! From start to finish, their tree removal and trimming service was top-notch. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It's hard to find this level of professionalism and care these days. Highly recommend to anyone in the 98607 area looking for dependable tree service!

We originally called Vito to get an estimate for adding a roof to our existing deck. As we discussed options, he suggested changing the layout of the deck, something we hadn’t considered. His ideas helped us see the possibilities and we love the open concept. We asked him to add a cement patio and walkway.
We got so much more than we expected!
Every person who worked in our yard was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Vito was just a phone call or text away, and kept us updated on progress and changes. He was upfront about cost and stayed within the estimate with minimal changes due to our choice of upgraded materials.
We appreciated his honesty and professionalism! Vito and his team were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new outdoor space.

We hired NW Reliable Home Services to clean our siding and gutters, paint our trim/eaves and rebuild our back stairs. Vitaly(owner) kept us informed on when they would be here. Made sure they were clear on what we wanted.
As Sergiy pulled our old steps away from the house, he found dry rot. He showed us what was going on and explained the danger in not fixing it. We wanted it fixed for sure. As he fixed the dry rot and rebuild the steps, he showed us what went wrong before and how he was building them so that won't happen again. The steps he built are sturdy and have nice hand rails.
The siding, trim and eaves look amazing.
We have a few more projects to do at our house and we will book NW Reliable Home Services when we are ready. So thankful we found them.

We had Vito come out and give us a quote to demo and replace our cedar fence. He was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable, but to top it off, their pricing was extremely reasonable. His team arrived on time and ready to work. Their crew member, Andrew, lead his two man team with integrity and was a joy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about this young man’s work ethic! The quality of product and service we received from NW Reliable Home Services was top notch! These guys take pride in serving their customers and their clean up was impeccable. I will definitely hire them again.

We had an amazing experience with our recent outdoor repairs and upgrades! Vito and his team at NW Reliable Home Services handled a wide range of projects—replacing a falling-down fence with a beautiful new cedar one (which they also painted), widening and enhancing our deck with pressure-treated wood, building a cinder block wall for our flower bed, and adding pressure-treated wood to the back of it for a clean, polished look.

They also repaired and treated our roof, trimmed tall bushes we could not reach, fixed a broken water spigot, and Vito's worker, Andrew, safely and efficiently removed a rotted pergola. Every part of the job was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They were prompt, reliable, and incredibly efficient, delivering high-quality work throughout. They always got the jobs done quickly and with good quality!

What also stood out, was how well they communicated with me as a Deaf person. They took the time to talk slowly, to listen, made great suggestions, and ensured I was fully informed and comfortable at every step. NW Reliable Home Services deliver friendly, respectful, and quality work within your budget. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor repairs or improvements. Truly top-notch service and great people to work with!

I worked with Moss Doctors to replace my aging roof. Sawyer was great to work with, the price was fair, and the new roof looks perfect! The crew was quick and clean up was spotless. I highly recommend Moss Doctors!
