I didn't do business with them. Their driver tailgated me for 10 miles and other drivers. Was not a good a good representation for the company.

Keep up the hard work -
Great people...actually can do commercial, industrial and residential all in one shop.

I’ve seen these guys with the bubble gun and spoken to two of the techs. They were both friendly, “bubbly” guys with very professional attitudes! Nothing wrong with spreading some happiness around...it’s free, why not? Keep up the good work guys! 👊🏼

They did excellent professional work on three jobsites for me and I'd gladly hire them again for any project.
I read down in the comments someone gave them one star for blowing bubbles out the window of a company vehicle. I'm still amazed what angers some people enough to berate their work 😠. A fear of bubbles is considered trypophobia. -
Estimator Sean is honest and great contractor.
I got done new construction house.
Daniel and his helper were working hard and happy while on the job.
highly recommended. -
Eric Olson did all the electric work for my HVAC unit. I was out of town and in the middle of a renovation so I was unable to be present for the install. When I finally moved in, some of my outlets would not work. I (now know wrongly) assumed the not working outlets had something to do with the HVAC install and I didn’t catch it. When the final bill was more than originally quoted and my outlets we’re working, I was frustrated.
Eric’s team was very responsive and sent Zack out to my home to look into the outlets and explain why the job was more work than originally anticipated- I now realize it was a lot more work. Zach quickly figured out what the issue was and then showed me how it was unrelated to the work they did and fixed it. They did not have to send someone out or go above and beyond- the HVAC works perfectly and I’d had no other electrical issues.
I like that they stand behind their work and I will trust them with more jobs in the future. -
Terrible experience with their electricians and no response from the owner. I was traveling down I-84 behind one of their service vans and the passenger in the service van had a soap bubble gun and thought it was funny blowing soap bubbles out the window and all over people’s cars.
I called the company to find out if the owner knew about this and if so, why they would allow this type of behavior. I left my name and number and asked the owner to contact me. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no answer.
There is no customer service with this company nor does the owner care about what their electricians do. Hire this company at your own risk. -
Zach and his crew of 3 came into an existing business to replace/relocate plugs. They were so polite, respectful of area and furnishings and was very friendly and professional!! And they were very concerned with cleaning up their debris and leaving things neat and tidy. Hats off to fine young men being prideful in their work! Kudos guys!

These guys worked ALL day getting my electrical work done. They cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and completed the work request (upgrading the panel from old school fuses, grounding the house, fixing an outlet and finally getting the bathroom vanity light working). Wilson, Raul and Spencer are a goid team. Highly recommended them. My interactions with Shelby at their office was always pleasant as well.

We had an emergency electrical situation, when our slider Was being replaced the installers accidentally cut a powerline that gave power to the whole west side of the house. Nobody’s fault it was An accident. I found Eric Olsen electric Online the customer service was amazing. The receptionist got a team out very quickly! The appointment was for 7 to 7:30 in the morning and they were there at 7:10. The electricians that came out were very professional and fast and courteous. I am A OTR truck driver so I wasn’t home and but my wife was with our kids and grandchild and she felt 100% safe. I would highly recommend this company for any of your electrical needs!

The scheduling was quick and easy; however we were not too happy about the customer service. The electricians asked to be 30 minutes earlier (7:30 instead of 8am), then less than an hour into the job, the lead electrician asked the permission to bring another team in so they can ‘speed up’ the job. I trusted his professional judgment and had customer’a best interests in mind; which we later found he was benefiting his fellow electricians to clock in during their idle time between jobs. There was an incident that happened during the job that an isolated garage lost power because of the poor configuration. The way the electrician caused the power outage completely wipe the garage opener’s settings so we couldn’t open the door by remote control nor keypad. We had to call locksmith in and spend $345 to force open the garage. When the incident happened, all jobs in the house had been finished and the lead kept all 5 electricians standing by and watching. We weren’t happy when we saw the invoice on how many hours they charged us. We tried to dispute and finally got settled after few days.
Lessons learned - 1. Open all your garage doors or release the opener‘s locks, just in case the electrical reset wiped out your setting; 2. Unless you have a lot of work to do, never agree on bringing another team in, you are being the cash cow of the other team so they can benefit from your job. -
Eric Olson Electric was subcontracted by our former GC to complete repairs after an electrical fire. The owner, Brady, and his employee, Juan, worked on my house.
They created more hazards by: 1) leaving multiple live, bare, wires attached to old can lighting in the ceiling (the lights were being replaced and should have been completely disconnected), 2) severely overloading a circuit causing it to repeatedly trip, 3) cutting the sheathing of new wiring they installed causing it to also trip (and then telling me that the issue was our refrigerator when it absolutely was not the fridge), 4) loose wiring connections of multiple outlets they installed, and 5) they did not connect the ground wire for multiple lights they installed.
I had to hire a new electrician to come back behind them and spend hours finding and correcting all of the mistakes which ultimately cost even more money along with the stress of knowing that so many things had been left dangerously wrong.
