We recently moved to Ridgefield and, based on recommendations, contacted Salmon Creek Electric for a couple of projects. We initially just needed ceiling fans installed and a TV mounted. Over a couple of months of emailing back and forth, we realized we needed a few more things. Crystal, the office manager, stayed in touch the whole time and responded quickly with updated estimates.

On the day of the appointment, Jake, the owner, came out and spent the entire day completing the work. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t handle, and he even brought a good sense of humor with him.

In the end, we had four ceiling fans installed, a TV mounted, eight dimmer switches added, and an extra outlet installed in a closet. The pricing was reasonable, and the whole experience was very positive.

We would highly recommend Salmon Creek Electric for all electrical needs, and we will be contacting Jake again in the very near future.

One of their employees was so unprofessional at platt electrical supply it’s unbelievable. Would never ever recommend this company name. Probably do subpar work too

Horribly unprofessional. This company has been scheduled for weeks to come do a routine inspection of the electrical system at the apartment I live in. They just picked a time and assigned it to our unit. The time was really inconvenient for my roomate and I and we called weeks ago and asked to see if it could be rescheduled. They were very inflexible and would not change the date or time in order to allow for one of us to be home. Initially we did not want anyone coming when we weren't able to be present. We understand that they also have schedules they need to abide by and can't reschedule everyone to fit clients needs so after discussing it my roomate and I decided we would be okay if they showed up at the scheduled time when we weren't there and we made a code for our keyless entry that they could use that was set for that timeframe. I received a call the day BEFORE they were scheduled to be there and at a completely different time of day saying they weren't able to get in with the code we provided. I confirmed that we weren't scheduled until tomorrow and they said they knew that but had time so they had tried to let themselves in since they had time. They never called or emailed or anything letting us know they would be trying to enter our home not during the scheduled time. I'm not sure they would have even let us know except for the fact that the code didn't work (thank God it didn't). It is absolutely unacceptable to try to enter a client's home when you are not scheduled and not given permission to be there. If they had been successful at letting themselves in and we had been home I would have called the cops. When we called to complain they had no remorse whatsoever. We have let our landlords know about the incident and hope that they choose to never do business with this company again.

Called on a Friday, talked to a man about work I wanted done at my house (cameras / cat6 wiring). He said his low voltage guys were currently out but someone would call me to schedule. Weeks later, no one has called me yet.

I get it, everyone is busy, but if you can’t even schedule a quote trip, how am I going to trust you with my business?

Had AGE do some maintenance on my backup generator. I was very pleased with the service. Isaac was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

He didn't just come to complete a job doing the bare minimum to get it done, he came in and approached the job with a level of professionalism and skill that blew me away. I had him install a heater for my outdoor sauna and he took the time to study the area where it was going to be installed, provide excellent recommendations on how to make it perfect, and then executed on the job from start to finish in a timely fashion.
I never felt he was upselling or taking advantage of labor hours, he told me exactly what I needed for the sauna and didn't waste a minute of his labor hours that I was charged. I would recommend Isaac to anyone looking for residential electric work done on their house.

Age Electric the most friendly and competent company. Issac knows his trade and was able to offer options as well as solutions when we installed a new heat pump. It is so refreshing to have a professional and on time contractor we can count on. I cannot recommend Isaac enough! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. He found the source of my issue immediately and showed me how to troubleshoot, repair and prevent further electrical trouble in my recently purchased, fixer-upper home going forward. My house was built in the 60’s and I had AGE put in a new panel, as well as a transfer switch for my generator. I called and had them come out and do a quote. Once Issac got into the project there were some things he hadn’t anticipated, it ended up he had to rewire my tankless water heater and box in a couple dead end circuits…bottom line the job took him longer than he expected. NOT ONCE did he mention deviating from the quote. He did all the work he promised and more, did it for the price he originally quoted, and stayed late to make sure he got it done by the time he promised. Can’t recommend AGE enough; extremely high quality work done by a business with professional integrity!

AGE electric installed my Generac Home Standby Generator. Isaac designed and installed the generator's transfer system into my existing electrical service. The project proceed as planned and I couldn't be happier with the results. The professionals at AGE know their craft, the codes, and the equipment. AGE Electric is fantastic to work with. My home battery backup project was a bit unique and Isaac was patient and helpful through the entire project. All the wiring was professionally done and left me in a good position for future expansion, even the electrical inspector was impressed. Highly recommended.

Got their information from the Clark County Home Idea Fair last weekend. Isaac was able to come out and install my EV charger the following Tuesday. He made me aware of all rebates that I would qualify for and did excellent work. The county inspector came the following day, and the whole process couldn't have been any smoother.
