I hired IBT for a full kitchen remodel. The only issue we had was a delay with the custom cabinets, which arrived about two weeks later than expected. It wasn’t ideal, but IBT kept us informed during the whole process and adjusted the schedule to make it work. Once everything was in place, the final result was truly impressive. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clean finish exceeded our expectations. They are good!

We sold our house and during the home inspection a water leak was discovered. It caused major unseen damage. I explained our time predicament to Mike and he came out on a Sunday to do the estimate and waited patiently for our insurance company to approve the repairs. Mike said it would take 8 days for the repairs and it did. Mike and his guys were onsite, on time every day and worked all day long. Mike even discovered a damaged floor joist that was hidden until they removed the subflooring and repaired it at no extra cost. Mike and his crew did framing, drywall, laminate flooring, rebuilt kitchen cabinets and even formica on the kitchen countertops. Mike is reliable, friendly and does very high quality work. We wanted a covered outdoor space in our yard. I showed Mike 2 pictures of what we had in mind and he designed and built the perfect pergola. He and James were responsive to questions, professional, fair, and skilled. This is the second project that we have contracted them to do and we will call them again next time. Mike installed brand new custom trim around the entire perimiter of the garage and did an excellent job. He and James caulked and miter cut the pieces and expertly blended the trim with the floor's slope so one can't even see a difference. Start to finish they completed the job in just a few hours--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great communication, quick responses, and a determination that the customer is satisfied.

Mike and James are freaking good in their work. They worked well together, their work was smooth and perfect, and the costs were up front and honest. I've gone with a handyman, whose work on the exterior of my chimney fell apart in 6 months, which is why I shifted over to this certified company. Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling LLC recently remodeled the lower level of our home and did an addition to our kitchen area. They took down a load bearing wall and replaced it with beams, replaced all our kitchen cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring, doors, trim, drywall, new paint throughout, and did numerous repairs to the framing and subfloor. Mike and his crew helped us every step of the way by explaining the plans and costs, answering our questions, and coming up with solutions. This is our first home and our first renovation project and the results are beyond our expectations. A while back I noticed some issues with my exterior window trim. I called up several companies to get quotes. Mike responded promptly, came out to my house and did a detailed inspection of my home's exterior. Out of all the quotes I got I felt like his was just the right amount of detain and just the right price.

When it came time to do the work he was thorough and on time. Whenever we found some dry rot underneath he kept me informed and found balanced solutions that got the job done, but didn't send the bill through the roof.

Mike the owner of prestige construction & home remodeling LLC and his crew. They installed new laminate flooring in my hallway bathroom, master bathroom and front door entry way. And also installed new base molding over the floors. I felt that they really did a great job overall. His communication skills are wonderful with keeping me informed daily on the project updates. If anything came up he would always let me know and figured out a solution how to resolve it. They are a very reliable, honest and hard working crew that works well together. I'm very pleased and impressed with how my floors and base trim turned out after they were finished. Mike and his crew do fine quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know family and friends that would need anything done down the road. The company is also affordable I feel and fair. I definitely give them a 5***** rating for sure. His company also earlier this year redid all of my existing windows in the house. Mike removed the existing aluminium windows and installed new vinyl windows. He also removed the existing exterior and interior trim and installed new interior and exterior trim around them. Again they did an excellent job and was fair on price and knocked out the job quickly and nicely. That's why I called him and his company back to do my new laminate flooring installation project now. Again I give him a 5***** rating for that window job as well.

They framed a new deck on my house and installed new composite decking and new aluminum railing on it with a set of stairs. They know how to get the job done on time and they communicated very well throughout the project and they are very honest and reasonable with price.

We hired Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling to build a new single-car garage in our backyard, including driveway to the alley and new walkways around the house to the front sidewalk. They also finished the interior so that we can use it as a multi-use space. This was our first construction or remodel project and we are first-time home-owners. Mike was very thorough during the quoting process, communicating clearly about general scope and relevant details. He researched permitting details related to our (slightly complicated) situation and found some watchouts no other bidder had mentioned, which helped the permitting and building process go smoothly during the project. We had a drawing of the building from a design firm, and Mike helped us refine the design to hit the balance of price and features, as well as request changes from the design firm so that the drawings would meet requirements in the permitting process. Mike's quote was detailed, transparent, honest and fair, which gave us confidence to start the project with him, and we are so glad that we did! He remained in close communication with us throughout the entire project, making sure the next steps were clear to us and we were pleased with the progress so far. The quality of the work of his team and that of his subcontractors is top-notch, and we are extremely happy with the end result! Mike and his team are courteous, considerate, easy-going and hard-working, and we highly recommend them.

We had water damage that led to our kitchen being ripped out and ended up hiring Prestige to replace base cabinets, rebuild the island, install new stone countertops, upgrade the flooring throughout the first floor and replace the baseboards/trim.
