Mike the owner of Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling LLC and his crew. Recently did some remodeling work inside my home. I needed some interior doors replaced with new ones and new trim installed around them. And he also replaced some of the base trim inside my home to. Him and his crew did a an amazing job overall. They showed up when said they would. They really utilized their time working on my projects. They work really good together and efficiently. He was honest communicates well throughout the job. And is very easy to work with. Overall I feel like he gave me a fair and reasonable price for the work he and his company did. I give him a 5 star review for sure. Great company to use. We recently used Mike with Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling for our renovation projects, inside our home. New flooring and trim work that was done. Right before lockdown orders started in Washington during March 2020, our dishwasher had leaked, causing water damage to begin pooling under our floating floor. We had the floor, part of our cabinets and all of our countertops removed in order to assess our damage and begin the drying process. Unfortunately, this began a long process of waiting for the pandemic to subside before we could begin to reassemble our kitchen. When it was time, we contacted quite a few contractors to come out for estimates. Some did not answer. Some came and provided the estimate, but went radio silent when we wanted to begin work. We truly felt that we were not going to find a local company to trust with rebuilding our kitchen. However, after another search and some more research online, we found Mike and his team at Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling.

Mike was quick to reply to our request after we reached out and asked many questions in order to assess what our needs were going to be. His turnaround time to meet us for an estimate was quick and as he was walking around our home for his assessment, he did a very careful and thorough job. Once he felt like we had a great understanding of what work we wanted done and what we wanted our end result to be, he instantly began to come up with an estimate, which we found to be very fair.

Once we were ready to begin work, Mike was right there with us again, making suggestions with companies he had worked with in the past and those he trusted. We were sent to work with Great Floors off of Andresen and the team there could not have been more professional and helpful. The same went with everyone else suggested to us, from our countertops to the backsplash and sink. When we began working with all the companies Mike had suggested, we felt at ease and knew we were in the right hands.

When all of our supplies were ordered, Mike’s crew was ready to get to work. His team members were so respectful of us and our home, including our dog. After each day, they cleaned up their work spaces before leaving and the team was able to give us an update on their progress. My fiancé worked from home during the remodel and Mike turned to him with any questions that came up before proceeding with the job. There were quite a few times that he made sure to ask us our opinions on the work, which truly made us feel included and looped in to the process. When we would explain how we wanted to final product to look, Mike would explain how he would go about the build in order to make that happen.

In the end, we were thrilled with the job Mike and the Prestige crew did on our downstairs. This company truly does quality work that you will be proud of to have in your home. I will continue to recommend Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling to anyone in the area who is passionate about supporting local businesses who provide quality work to their customers. Prestige Construction was an excellent choice for our recent window replacement project. Mike and his crew did a great job, did a quality install including replacing both inside and outside window casings and frames. Looks very professional and we have had several compliments already. Their post job clean up was efficient and very thorough. I would use them again. Very good contractor and does what he says he will do. Goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the job.

Mike installed new windows in our home. We are very pleased with the work he and his associate James did. Not only did he do a comprehensive job, from the initial estimate to the work itself and the site clean-up he did it with care for our home. We were able to basically go about our business while they did the work. The price was reasonable and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Mike is a great communicator. He took the time to outline the project steps in detail which enabled me to understand the full scope and process needed to complete the repair. He is also very observant and is considering other aspects of the home while evaluating the original project. He pointed out another issue we had with the deck that he was able to quickly remedy in concert with the other project.

We reached out to Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling to come out and look at our project and give us an estimate on the work needed to be done. They provided us with a detailed estimate and the overall total cost was more than reasonable. There was open communication throughout the entire project. They completed everything in a timely manner. Even though there was extra work on the dryrot that was found and needed repaired while doing the windows and siding replacement on our project it was completed as scheduled. Mike arrived with a design laptop, measured my room, addressed all the botched issues and gave me a very reasonable quote and timeframe. This is actually a 6 star review because Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling did an excellent job on our home! Mike started by giving us such a detailed and fair estimate, that we didn’t need to obtain any other quotes. He thoroughly explained everything and offered his professional opinion, as needed. We had a large job including siding, exterior and interior painting of entire home, kitchen and bathroom countertops, carpet replaced by laminate flooring, gas fireplace replacement and floor/door trim throughout the entire house. The job was completed on time and with great workmanship. We will definitely contact Mike for any future home improvements.

We chose Mike at Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling to repair damaged siding and trim on our house as well as paint the exterior. He provided detailed options and cost up front and in a timely manner. He was willing to amend aspects of the project as we learned about the repairs. We are completely happy with the finished look. Both Mike and James who did the repairs were courteous and efficient. Mike works with a painting crew managed by Gabe Valdez of GVR Painting. Gabe was on time, polite, willing to answer all questions and concerns. He accurately said our house was a 3 day project - pressure wash (day 1), painting (days 2 & 3). Gabe has over 20 years painting experience and did an excellent, on time job. When we have more projects, we will definitely call Mike. When we need more painting, interior or exterior, we will definitely call Gabe.

I reached out to Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling LLC for a siding replacement on my home.They came out, gave me an estimate that was very detailed and reasonably priced. During the work Mike and his crew discovered what I had suspected when I saw some mold behind a floor - board, there was dry rot under the window that needed repair. Mike removed the windows, rebuilt the casement, and did all the interior work needed. Great crew, excellent skills, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling again when I have another project in mind.

It was necessary to repair damage in the master bathroom in as short a time as possible. Michael worked efficiently and did a beautiful job of reconstruction after flooring and shower panels had been totally dismantled. The result was extremely well done and beautiful.
