Daniel and his team did a good job adding matching tile base around our bathtub area. Would recommend them.

They did a thorough job of restoring our finished basement after pipe burst. Painting, finishing, sheetrock, carpets were done well and quickly. They also worked well with insurance.

They built and ADU on our property for my father. The place is beautiful, and we are very happy with it. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and under budget. This is not a faceless corporation, but a multigenerational family business. Oleg and Daniel are professional, friendly, and very easy to work with.

Oleg and Daniel were the GCs for our primary residence. Its our dream home. They did a great job in bringing the sub contractors on time and coordinating the schedules. They were flexible to work with. Both of them were insightful on our ideas that we wanted to execute. This is our 2nd experience building a home in USA (1st was with a different builder) and this was much better than our 1st - thanks to Oleg and Daniel :)

Just recently was recommended Daniel to completely remodel our home. Our home stuck out like a sore thumb and really needed some work. Daniel and his team were able to be communicative with us in bringing our ideas to reality. We did experience some hiccups with certain materials that we picked out that were delayed or on back order but he was on it the whole time, which made the process much smoother. Overall great work our home does stick out again but now in a positive way. Thanks Daniel, and your team!

We built a 690 ft2 ADU. Advanced came highly recommended from other contractors that we dealt with in the past. They handled every detail from design and engineering ,permit, construction and inspections.I found them very polite honest and conscientious kept me in formed and aware of every phase of the building process, kept there word on price and the excellent quality of work down to the finest detail of work done by Subs. Every tradesman that came to work was professional and and a true craftsman with real pride in there work

Our experience with this contractor was deeply disappointing and frustrating. During the course of our remodel, we discovered that work from other customer projects was being done inside our home, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and oversight.

Several issues required correction, including a plumbing problem where the shower leaked into our crawlspace. The contractor did address the leak, but we were left concerned that the wall insulation might still be damp. We also experienced electrical work that caused burning on part of a wall, caulking that was not the proper anti-mold type, and paint already chipping on our kitchen cabinets. Even small details that were promised - like properly securing the soft-close cabinet bumpers - were not completed, leaving drawers and cabinets sticky.

Project management was also very poor. We frequently had to track timelines and corrections ourselves, and communication was often defensive rather than collaborative. After the majority of our payment had been made, we were not contacted for at least a week and a half, even though we still couldn't live in our main home at that point. When we expressed concern about the lack of communication, we were told that expecting regular updates was not part of standard business practice. We also felt pressured to provide final payment before the work was fully completed, despite our ongoing concerns about quality and follow-through.

In addition, we were told certain electrical changes "weren't possible," only for our licensed electrician to later correct them easily and confirm that they should never have been represented that way.

We feel we paid more with the expectation of professional project management and high-quality workmanship, but the results did not meet those standards. Based on our experience, I would advise potential clients to be extremely diligent before proceeding with this contractor and to ensure all commitments are clearly documented and verified before final payment.

Dan and his crew did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. We stayed right on budget, and any issues that came up (as they do with any project) were handled quickly and professionally. We’re extremely happy with the results and would absolutely work with him again.
