I own a property management company and have used MANY cleaning services. No Nonsense is by far the best company I have ever worked with. Communication is so clear and easy. They don't cut corners and they look out for you - I get follow up notes if they notice anything like clogged drains, loose handles, or any other maintenance-related problem they think I should know about. I also use them to clean my personal home and trust them 100%.

She not only made things shine and sparkle from top to bottom like never before, but she sent me a detailed list of everything that she did with recommendations to look at potential issues.

No Nonsense is what the company says it is. It is direct and straight to the point. This local business has been around for quite some time and I have used their services for several years now. I can say that overtime the process has gotten easier and overall better. I now get text confirmations when they are on their way and updates e-mails on statuses and invoicing. Wendy and her team are pros and so easy to work with I cant recommend them highly enough

I requested to have them scrub clean a rather filthy bathroom. No complaints, no hassles. They showed up on time and in the place they were supposed to.. From top to bottom, they worked hard and really did the job well.

Kaylee cleans my house regularly and her attention to detail is amazing. Even when Kaylee was not available, Kailee and Adriana did an awesome job. We were struggling to keep our heads above water keeping things tidy with 4 little kids in the house, let alone tackling the scrubbing a house needs regularly. I broke down and searched for cleaning services. We called Wendy at No Nonsense, and we immediately felt like we found someone we wanted to employ for a deep cleaning. She is no-nonsense about the bill, the time, and the cleaning. She and her team came in politely, got to work, and left without an extra word. The cleaning is well done, the customer service is excellent, and the billing is a simple debit on the day, once you fill out the service form the first time. We decided to continue with monthly service, and we have our very own cleaning fairy that shows up once a month and keeps all our heads above water! We are so thankful for the services from No Nonsense, and we highly recommend!!!

Needed a move out clean for a rental we were in. Sooo gorgeous afterwards! They got rid of stains, deep cleaned the fridge, bathrooms, everything! It smelled amazing too! I do suggest if you send an inquiry, to check your spam for a response. Luckily the owner is very good at following up. I can’t recommend them enough!

I needed a house cleaning to prepare for an upcoming sale and called No Nonsense after a friend raved about the company. I am so glad I called them. I could tell from the thorough questions over the phone that they know their stuff. I've used house cleaners before, but this was a different experience. The person on the phone was sure to get details about what I wanted done, if there were areas I wanted them to focus on and size of the house. Once the job was done my jaw dropped. I had never seen the house so clean. Water spots that were there when we bought it years ago were gone. The fixtures were literally sparkling. I have no idea how they work their magic, it's amazing. I also like how they take great care of our personal items and make sure that our most precious items are gently taken care of. Wendy and Aubry at No Nonsense clean did a wonderful job on my house. I’m moving out and forgot to request that the fridge be cleaned out as well and they worked that service in for me too. No Nonsense Cleaning Services has been cleaning our house for the past three months and I am very pleased with the service. Our cleaner, Michelle, has shown incredible attention to detail and is very thorough in her cleaning. Communication and alerts from No Nonsense are clear and timely. Cleaning day is my new favorite day of the month!

We have had excellent cleaners and the owner is always following up to make sure of customer satisfaction. We of course have our favorite Aubrey but if she is unable to come (like a vacation) Grace stepped in and absolutely the best. In other words everyone is constant. I highly recommend them when you're looking for home cleaning. If you're shopping around you will not be disappointed in choosing No Nonsense!

This cleaning service is hands down the best decision I made this year. Very professional and responsive. Booked a deep clean/spring cleaning service and my home feels so much lighter! They did everything from the floors to the trim to the cabinets to the windows. I feel like I'm a very clean person and I've never seen my bathroom so scrubbed down. 100% recommend.
