Jeff showed up and price quoted us before the service and got everything done in a timely manner! All pet stains and marker marks were gone and my house smells amazing. I would recommend anyone to them. Great job!

Just moved to Brush Prairie 3 days ago and needed my furniture cleaned as it had been in storage for a few months. The North County team did a superb job from my initial phone query, to the text reminders for the appointment, to the actual work done today. Mario arrived promptly, examined my large couch and 2 big recliners, went through the options (we have dogs and needed the pet odor and stain treatment), gave me the estimate, and then got right to work. My couch hasn't been this clean in years! Very friendly people that really seem to care about doing a great job. I highly recommend them if you need your furniture cleaned, and I thought their prices were very reasonable. I plan on having them come back to clean my tile and grout floors as well.

Can’t say enough good things about this business. They are prompt, efficient, reasonable and do an outstanding job. We were about to put our house on the market and needed our carpets cleaned again. North county carpet cleaning came to our area in the kelso Longview area and cleaned up the other person/carpet cleaning companies mistakes, got out all the dirt and made our carpet look like new. Jeff worked very hard and made our home look beautiful again. I would highly recommend using them for all your carpet cleaning needs!

Jeff has cleaned two of my houses now and I'm always beyond impressed. The most recent house was today. The carpets haven't been cleaned in at least the last 10 years. I wish I took some before and after pictures because you would have to see it to believe it. I was about to replace the carpet all together but now it stays. I had North County come out and clean my carpets in my house. It wasn't a big project but I had a lot of pet stains. They were in and out within 50 minutes! They did an awesome job. They NEVER tried to up sale me any product or service. I was quoted a certain price and they stuck to that quote. This is one of THE BEST carpet cleaners we have ever used. The service was easy and fast and did such a wonderful job on our carpets. Not only that but the owner came to our house to provide the service and was so knowledgeable and kind. He told us everything we needed to know, the ups and downs, and what he could and couldn't do like fixing the wear and tear on our carpet which we already knew wouldn't be fixable. He cleaned out carpets and 2 couches and it looks and smells AMAZING. Thank you so much NorCal! Jeff is awesome. Amanda, his office manager is amazing too. They are a great team. This is the second tone we’ve used them. The first was a roomba+dog poo disaster and they came same day to the rescue. Never were my carpets cleaned. This time, just a refresh and som dirty carpet spots from where the dog likes to lay. He’s on time, affordable, super kind and trustworthy and efficient. Definitely will use them as long as we have carpet and tile to clean! They are the best company I’ve worked with. Thanks!

This was the BEST carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! Mario did a great job not only in cleaning, but also explaining any questions I may have had regarding problem areas in the carpets. I have already recommended this company and Mario to several people and will be using them again in the spring to clean bedroom carpets we were not able to have done at this time. North County Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended from Facebook and friends so we gave him a call as we prepared to put our house on the market. Clear and reasonable pricing, and even with the Easter holiday coming, he was able to come out on a few days notice. Jeff was fast, thorough, and very friendly. He made sure we were totally satisfied with the results and was even able to get out some spots that my husband was SURE were not coming out. Carpets look amazing. Jeff and his team were great. They were fast, courteous and on time. They did an amazing job. Our carpets are 16 years old and they did some high traffic areas and made them look new. Would definitely recommend them. We will be using them again for other rooms in the future.

Jeff was very accommodating getting me scheduled quickly despite it being a busy week for them. Mario came out and did an amazing job on the carpets. There were stains that I didn't expect to be removed that he was able to get rid of, and the house looks amazing now! I was so impressed with Mario, the technician who cleaned my carpets and upholstery. He did a phenomenal job and was so pleasant to work with! The owner, Jeff, is really great too. I have 5 children so my carpets definitely get dirty around here. They were sparkling clean when they left, even the spots I thought may not come up fully because they were the high traffic areas. I had a really expensive company do my carpets last year and I swear North County did a better job... Can't say enough good things about them!!
