Jesse was very responsive, conscientious and prompt. His work on our carpets was careful and thorough. The estimate he gave was what he charged - no addons. He even covered at the last minute for an employee who was unable to come. We were more than pleased.

The person who cleaned my carpet was very nice but he was unable to clean the stairs although I told him in advance that I live in a townhouse, infcat the price we agreed upon included the stairs. He did gave me discount for being unable to clean the stairs but I'd rather have my stairs cleaned. I am planning to rent one of those small carpet cleaning machines to take care of the stairs

Some of the nicest and friendliest people you could hire. They were quick and did an amazing job. My carpets have never been cleaned before and they got out all the stains and odors that have been there since I bought the house. Would highly recommend.

The people who run the service are super friendly, but I’d give the actual carpet cleaning a 2* at best maybe a 1*. For $100 I would have expected maybe a little change? But it looks exactly the same as it did before they arrived.

This is the second time I have had these folks do a deep cleaning for me. Fabulous work! I highly recommend! They sent out a different crew each time, but both crews were thorough and efficient.

I called 7 Seven after "deep clean the house" had been on my to do list untouched for over six months. I love housekeeping but between work and family I just had no time. Enter 7 Seven - they arrived less than 48 hours after I contacted them, deep cleaned the entire house in three hours, and left me with a spotless, great smelling home. Communication with the owner was swift and delightful. I'm kicking myself for not having called them sooner. I'll def use them again.

My old house was badly in need of a good deep cleaning. I have pets and they generate a lot of dander. Liuba and Diliara did an amazing job, scrubbing everything from top to bottom and really made the house shine. They were great with my dogs too :-)

Management was on point too. Extremely quick to communicate and schedule cleaning. They scheduled my deep clean only a few days after my first contact with them, they followed up, and made the invoicing/payment process extremely easy as well.

I've already hired them to continue to do monthly maintenance cleans. Very happy with the amazing job.

7 Seven cleaning did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning our new home before we moved in. I wanted a deep clean of the home and I reached out with a short timeline and Yana was able to find a time that worked perfectly with our hectic schedule. She reached out with a reminder a few days before and the cleaners showed up promptly on time! Our new house is sparkling! Don’t waste your time trying other cleaners (in my research they were pricier elsewhere!) and go ahead with 7 Seven.

My bathrooms and kitchen are looking very clean and shiny! Overall great work, didn’t quite get to everything in 3hrs with 2 people but the work done was thoughtful and thorough and the response time was both swift and accommodating of a last minute need. Much appreciated!

I was in a bit of a rush and needed a deep cleaning done at our new dental clinic in Portland, as our vendor was unable to show up before our launch/opening day. I spoke with a gentleman over the phone, and he confirmed that two people would arrive the following day at 5:30 AM, understanding that we had patients coming in between 8-9 AM. However, the next day, I received no update. I called and left a voicemail for Yana, but no one returned my call. This left me back at square one, and I found the whole experience very unprofessional.

Excellent, exceptional work! This is the best cleaning service I have ever hired. Our entire house was covered in layers of fine sawdust from a construction job. It needed cleaning from the ceiling to the floor. They dusted and cleaned everything; every knickknack, book, floorboard, ceiling fan, window sill … the list goes on and on. Nothing was left untouched.

Had two cleaners deep clean my apartment for my girlfriends birthday. They did an amazing job, seriously every corner of my apartment is sparkling. They did it in about 3 hours as well, worth the money!

Disappointed. They charge $120/hr for a deep clean (2 cleaners) and assure you they will work quickly. I cleared all clutter and pre-cleaned much of the house prior to their arrival (hoping that would allow them to really focus on the deep clean elements). We ended up being charged $720, and the floors had to be recleaned after they left. Chalk from a kitchen chalkboard was smeared around and no mats appeared to have been shifted to accomodate sweeping.

I needed to get my condo ready to list on the market, and 7 Seven Cleaning Services was able to fit me in on the same day I called. I was quoted 4 hours for a crew of two people. The ladies arrived a few minutes early and finished the job within 4 hours. The level of attention to details was incredible. They were very professional as well. They did a fantastic job and really helped lift a huge weight off my shoulders! I would definitely recommend their service and would use them again in the future!

I'm amazed at how thorough and detail oriented the people are. I live alone and as a retired woman I'm careful who comes to my house. I've met four wonderful women who speak very little English but this is no matter. They know what they are doing so I need to say little.

Highly recommend these folks. Their prices are inline with the competition and are an excellent value. I requested a "deep clean" and I got more.

Yana and her team are wonderful! They were able to accommodate us very last minute, showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend you communicate your needs clearly. After reading some other reviews, I let her know that since our place is very small, we only wanted two hours of cleaning. She was very agreeable to that. Her cleaners showed up on time and did a terrific job. Everything is literally sparkling and our condo smells great! My husband was stressed as we have been working a lot and have guests coming to say with us this weekend. This was a great surprise for him and now we can relax. Yana is great to work with, I would highly recommend this service!!
