I am delighted with the services provided by Exceptional Cleaning. Maria and Jacque are efficient, thorough, conscientious and fun. They are in and out quickly leaving my house sparkling. I am always delighted afterwards by the little details they catch. Most of all, I enjoy their light banter without being obtrusive. I am a happy customer.

Exceptional Cleaning did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more pleased! I share a fairly large house with 3 other roomates and the common areas always seem to get dirty faster than we can keep up with. Exceptional cleaning did an awesome job at deep cleaning these areas and I’m super impressed + pleased with their attentional to detail and thoroughness. 100% will use again.

Hired exceptional to do a move out clean on a 1 bedroom apartment. Price was reasonable and overall, I'm pretty happy with the job they did. Just a couple of things that keeps them from getting 5 stars.
1. They were asked to clean all the windows including the storm windows that I had taken down and sat beside the house. these were mostly cleaned, but some still had a little dirt in the corners, so they could have been just a little more thorough on them.
2. When they came to do the estimate, I specifically told them that they can't use water on my 70 year old solid oak floors, and yet when I came back shortly after the crew had left ( I presume), the floors were still wet, something that doesn't happen unless you use water on them. If they had used only hardwood safe products like Orange Glow as we had discussed, there shouldn't have been any moisture left on the floors at all when I returned. Water can easily cause the hardwood floor to buckle or otherwise damage it.

I mentioned this to Michelle via email when she sent me the invoice last week, and I have yet to hear any kind of a response from them on this.

I've been a customer with Exceptional Cleaning for a couple years. I highly recommend them. They are affordable, punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, they do a great job cleaning my house.

Dependability and punctuality is important for us - because we have a big dog that needs to be in her kennel while the exceptional team is making our home spotless. So thankful that they're never late or reschedule on us.
And their communication is something I'd like to compliment them on ... always keeping us in the loop with the checklists they leave and with their prompt emails.

We have tried many cleaning companies, but Exceptional Cleaning is by far the BEST!! The owner Latife is very professional and easy to work with on scheduling, etc. Her team of Tina & Tammy do a great job!! Both are very friendly and dependable. They show up when they say they will. When they started cleaning our dining room table, I asked them not to use an oily spray. They took the time to research other products that do a great job. They did the same for some discolored grout in our master bath shower. If you’re looking for a professional, very dependable cleaning service, you will be totally satisfied with Exceptional Cleaning.

Great customer service and my cleaners are truly exceptional! Would highly recommend them. Best I have found in Clark County. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny.

I've had three cleanings so far with Exceptional Cleaning, and they far exceeded my expectations! The quality is impressive, and I really appreciate that the cleaners ask questions, listen, and pay attention. Even on the first cleaning, I had no issues after a brief introduction and letting them know my expectations, and product use requests. Latife has managed the schedule well, and has been able to accommodate my needs. The thoroughness and quality is exactly what I have been looking for, and I highly recommend this company!!

Jeff did an AMAZING job on my carpets! Fast, quality job and just an all around nice person! With 5 people in my house (3 kids under the age of 7) I had 7 areas done and it looks like brand new carpet! Will definitely be using him again in the future!

I had Jeff out to clean our carpets on Saturday. He was on time, professional, and the bill actually ended up being lower than what they had quoted me on the phone. He did a great job and I'm very happy with the results, I would definitely recommend this company.

Mario Arevalo did a great job on my carpets and sofas! We had lots of stains from my kid all over my carpet and he took his time to make sure all of them cleaned out great. My cream sofas haven't been washed in two years and finally look good. I would definitely recommend having him come by.

We just recently moved to the Camas area and purchased our home. The carpet needed some TLC and Amanda with North County Carpet Cleaning was great accommodating a quick request to schedule an appointment before our household goods are delivered. She texted me an appointment confirmation with the time slot and the technician's name. On the day of my cleaning Mario arrived with a friendly disposition and asked me my concerns and expectation from the cleaning services. The walk through before the cleaning was thorough and Mario answered all my questions. At the end he allowed me to check the carpet and gave me tips on how best to maintain my carpets. We gave Jeff and his new right hand man a pretty big challenge today. Clean carpets that are 15 years old, off white and have been loved by 3 German shepherds.
