We discussed the size of the cleaning, a deep clean for a first time and recurring standard cleanings thereafter. They came by the house to inspect and then scheduled our first appointment after discussing price. I always get a message reminding me of my upcoming service and so far its been easy to reschedule if needed. The price is competitive with alternative services I checked out and I appreciate the professionalism and peace of mind that the Sparkclean team has brought to each cleaning.

We've used Sparkclean for several months and they've been great. It's so lovely to come home after they've been in and the house is cleaned, tidied, and smells wonderful. They also provide nice touches like rolling up couch blankets, doing decorative folds on kleenex and paper towels, and putting things back on the counter as they were after cleaning.

The personnel are lovely, the communication has been great, and the prices quite reasonable (with an introductory discount). We'd highly recommend them.

Easy to work with. Reasonably priced. But what sets them apart are the cleaners. Courteous and diligent at their job. Down to the tiniest detail. Always feels so good after they’re done cleaning.

They also go above and beyond. Once, they noticed a leak in our house that we had completely overlooked. The owner stayed with me for almost an hour, helping troubleshoot the situation so I could get things under control before calling a plumber. He didn’t have to help at all, especially since I was the one who accidentally caused the leak, but he showed genuine care and empathy. It meant a lot.

They’re also very flexible with scheduling. Anytime we’ve needed to move a cleaning or add an extra one before hosting guests, they’ve made it quick and easy.
