This was my first time using Molly Maid, and Team 7 (Rosa and Fabiola) did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very professional, and really understood what needed to be done. Everything was completed thoroughly, and I’m very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them!

I hired Molly Maids for a deep clean of my home prior to moving in. I asked them specifically to pay attention to the trim, doors, window and door tracks, etc. They said the job would take 3.5 hours. After 2 hours and 30 minutes I got a call saying they were finished. I returned home, and the home looked exactly as it had before they started. None of the trim or doors were cleaned. Door and window tracks were still filthy. I am certain that the cleaners did not clean the home at all. See the photos in my review, and you will see clearly that none of the problem areas were addressed at all. I called and asked for refund, and they said they don't do refunds. What? DO NOT hire this company. Complete rip off.

After getting burned by our cleaning lady canceling last minute we thought it’d be a good idea to hire a company instead of an independent person. We went through a few different companies but were never that impressed so that’s when I called Molly Maid. I always avoided them thinking they’d be way more expensive because they are a well known “brand name” but to my surprise they were competitively priced. Just as we experienced before with other companies, the cleanings started off great! But then it quickly went downhill with things getting missed and being inconsistent from one week to the other. Anytime I was unsatisfied with the cleaning I would email them and let them know. Sometimes they would acknowledge it and offer me a small credit to my next cleaning ($20) but often my concerns were brushed off, like saying it wasn’t their cleaners that scratched my nice wood chair (it was) or saying the dirt and crumbs left on my kitchen floor were “minimal” (there should be zero crumbs). I don’t blame the cleaners, I’m sure they are underpaid and forced to rush to get to the next job. But the way management dismissed my concerns was incredibly frustrating. They always said they would “note my file” but I’m not asking for a unique request, I’m just asking the job be done properly! We stayed with them way longer than we should have but we had just welcomed our second child and really needed help with the upkeep of the house. We figured a mediocre job was better than nothing but finally we had enough. Do not recommend!

I recently hired Molly Maid for a deep cleaning of my house and was charged nearly $1,000 for the service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The cleaning was far from thorough, missing several key areas that I expected to be addressed in a deep clean. After expressing my concerns, they sent another team to fix some of the issues, but there are still many areas that were overlooked, as evidenced by the pictures I sent them.

Given the high cost and the unsatisfactory service, I cannot recommend Molly Maid. I feel that my expectations for a deep clean were not met, and the follow-up service did not fully resolve the problems. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services.

5 STARS Jena and Leda, TEAM #6. They arrived on time (which is rare for any cleaning service). After I explained the task, they got to work immediately. They cleaned both bathrooms the entire time, with no breaks or talking on the phone, unlike other cleaning companies. I very much appreciate their work ethic. They did a great job, and "Yes," I would recommend TEAM #6, they get the job done.

Beatriz and Mary did a full/deep clean of my house today. They did a tremendous job! We move around a lot so I’m pretty familiar with great housekeepers vs “just ok” and these people are excellent! I actually used them in June, as well. They did such a good job that I called them back for a second time! Will be sure to call again! Highly recommended!

Team #11 arrived promptly and did an outstanding job for a move out cleaning. Olimpia and Katty worked diligently and systematically. Would hire them again!

I needed to clean our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for moving out and it was wrecked! Worse, I was down to three days left and where other services couldn’t book me that soon Molly Maid sent a team out the very next morning and they did a wonderful job!

Team 4 did a fantastic job of my move out clean. Staff was prompt, courteous, and sweet hearted! The apartment was above my expectations. I’m getting my full deposit back! Thank you Molly Maids for top notch service!

Team #5 did an excellent job on our move-out clean. Very thorough and quick! We were moving with a toddler and didn’t have time to clean and it was such a great investment to hire Molly Maid!

Professional customer service. Josh always responds right away when I have questions and I always get reminders for upcoming appointments. Our service is every two weeks and I adore our cleaning team. Lupe and Marcella are professional, friendly, considerate, quick and thorough. I am grateful for the quality and professionalism at Molly Maid Vancouver.

I had Team 5 with Maritza and Leda come in to do a deep cleaning, just because I was so behind on everything and couldn't seem to dig myself out of my own mess. They were super understanding and didn't make me feel judged at all. They did a super deep clean of the bathrooms. Seriously, they look better than when we moved in! They also managed to get about 90% of the crayon off the wall, which I didn't think was possible, honestly. Overall, very friendly, fast, thorough, asked questions when needed, and liked my cat. 5/5 would work with them again!

I moved into a new house which was NOT clean as promised. My realtor hired Molly Maid, and Beatriz and Mary (Team 3) came and worked hard and fast. They did an amazing job, and really wanted to stay and finish up but I couldn't afford to extend the time. I'm amazed at what they were able to accomplish with the limited time that they had. I recommend without hesitation.

Guadalupe and Josefina did a wonderful job cleaning our house that we will pass on to the new owner despite of the hot weather. Everything is clean and the house smells so good. Thank you for your help! I will recommend Molly Maid.

Olimpia and Kathy did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our home for a one-time service! My husband’s jaw literally dropped when he walked in — the house has never looked this clean. They went above and beyond, even doing the dishes and cleaning the oven. Every room sparkled, and they paid attention to every little detail. We’re so impressed and grateful for their hard work and care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, professional, and friendly cleaning team!

Team #5 — Maritza and Leda were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment they arrived, their kindness and attention to detail stood out. Every wall, baseboard, and blind looks brand-new, and somehow the whole house just feels lighter. They worked with such care and efficiency that it honestly exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to meet people who take so much pride in what they do—Maritza and Leda truly transformed our home. If you’re lucky enough to get Team #5, you’ll understand why we can’t stop smiling. Deep gratitude for your hard work and positive energy!

Team #5 Kaylee and Maritza did a great job on my very dusty house. The did a top to bottom deep clean on my bathroom, master bedroom, and living room. It's nice to have very clean home to live in again. Thanks for the great job Kaylee and Maritza.

. . .Worse Each Time - Not Worth the Money. . .

This is a small studio apartment. After an initial “deep cleaning” and few visits, the service quality became worse each time. This was not a one-time issue, Molly Maid had multiple chances to improve.

Areas were consistently missed. Surfaces were cleaned only around objects and not underneath them, even items like a salt shaker; the kitchen countertop still had visible light stains that could have been removed with a wipe.

Even as an small studio I requested cleaning only for the kitchen or the bathroom, hoping for better results. Unfortunately, the quality of work did not match the price.

Molly Maid requires an initial “deep cleaning.” This was more an overpriced light cleaning or basic dust removal, not a true deep clean.

This felt like an expensive, floor-only light mopping. Many spots were missed, walls were untouched, and most surfaces were barely dusted. If there was a light office chair with wheels, it was not even moved a few centimeters to clean underneath, only the dust around it was removed.

Requested a deep clean of only the kitchen, nothing else, including removing items from cabinets and drawers and cleaning inside them. Only a few cabinets were cleaned. I had to point out a dirty drawer and politely ask them to clean it. (There were several other untouched areas as well).

Requested cleaning for only the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, this seemed to be understood as half the work, half the quality, and half the time.

This is not what you expect for the high amount of money charged

I had a move out clean done yesterday and I am very unhappy with this company.
1) The clean took more than double the amount of time they estimated for an empty 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. So my final bill was MORE THAN DOUBLE what they estimated and it ended up costing me almost $700!!!!
2) I very clearly asked the cleaners to avoid a section of my tub that had a chip in the finish. They did not, and the chip of paint came off exposing the brown tub underneath. I now owe the buyer of my house $550 to refinish the tub, and Molly Maid customer service just let me know they will not help contribute to that and also will not give me a discount on my cleaning for the mistake.
Terrible estimating. Terrible time management. Terrible customer service. I highly do not recommend.
