I have been using Spark Clean for 3 months and they are amazing. They have great customer service and leave my house very clean. The first time I used them I had planned on having them clean my house a week before my duet date. My son ended up coming a month early and I contacted spark clean and they ended up coming into clean the day before we got home from the hospital, which was scheduled that same day! They were so great and accommodating. I highly recommend.

We’ve been getting weekly cleanings from Sparkclean since December, and they leave our house looking spotless each time. Erick, Tina and the team are very communicative and always give us an arrival window in advance and let us know if there will be any changes. They are very dog friendly and do a great job with our cleanings - very friendly and reliable and a pleasure to work with!

Save your money and find a different company to do your cleaning. I wanted to bring on a cleaning company that was consistent and did a good job. I called to set up an appointment and was told it was standard to do a deep clean. (I’ve had a cleaning lady in my house every two weeks prior to this appointment I was setting up, my original cleaner wasn’t consistent on the days she said she would be at my house to clean. So I decided to go with a company)

I agreed to the deep clean understanding it was protocol and thinking it would be great for a super clean (oven, walls, windowsills, cobwebs, etc. ) I was quoted $270-$360 closer to $270 because my house has been cleaned 2 weeks prior.

The team arrived 30 mins later then scheduled but did let me know they were running late. About an hour into the cleaning one elder lady cleaned a bathroom for an hour (this bathroom was cleaned 2 weeks prior) while another lady wiped the trim and cleaned doors. Then they moved to the master bath. We left to practice about 2 hours in so I tipped both generously thinking when I returned my house would be immaculate.

I got a call asking for another hour and I agreed. I got home at 7:30 so this team had 4 hours to clean my 2100 SqFt house. (That previously was cleaned biweekly for several months)

When I got home I was so disappointed in what I walked into, I called the company right away. See photos. I Left a voice mail and before I got a call back the next day I was charged $500. I explained my disappointment so she offered a reclean. For the next Friday. I said thank you and that sounds good.

The team was 6 hours late as I was told they would arrive at 8:30 am. They got there at 2:30. My husband pointed out all the issues including the oven that wasn’t cleaned. The walls that weren’t wiped down, spots that weren’t cleaned. And the team lady said we only have 20 minutes and that she won’t get paid if she stays here longer.

I called the company and she offered an explanation as to how the reclean works I declined to want to know because a 20 minute reclean after I paid $500 for a “deep” clean was all I needed to know. I should have listened to the other reviews, and not hired.

Listen to me do not hire this company.

We had a deep clean of our entire home today and are very pleased! Team 10 (Isabel and Rosalba) did a fantastic job! They were thorough and spent the extra time needed to get the entire job done (we approved the additional time once their coordinator called, so we had a choice). Our entire family is very excited that they will be providing regular service going forward! The process of vetting Molly Maid was easy too. The owner, Josh, was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He proactively provided information during the walk-through and genuinely wanted to know our priorities and preferences (and Team 10 followed instructions). I immediately received a quote and was able to schedule the first clean soon after. We have used a number of cleaning services over the years, and are so happy we've now got Molly Maid.

I have had some challenges with this Molly Maid. The office team has worked together with me to resolve issues. After trying a few teams, they have put me with team 11, who is outstanding.

We will continue to get follow up checks making sure their service remains top-notch. I appreciate the teamwork that Molly Maid, showing they value their customers.

Team #11 (Olimpia and Mary) did our initial clean today and did a fabulous job! The house looks brand new. We’ve had professional cleaning with another company for years and the difference is definitely noticeable! Very reasonable prices for what they did - would absolutely recommend!

Did not clean dust from main bathroom counter tops, someone used the restroom and left the stool in the toilet, dirty wet trash was left on top of clean laundry clothes. Do not use their services. They do not know how to clean. I wouldn’t have minded their high prices if they actually cleaned. Do not recommend Molly Maid from Vancouver Washington !!
EDIT: I called and told them I was never offered a re-clean when I first called. They told me the only way I would get a re-clean is if I changed my review into a positive one. I explained that I couldn’t lie about the service I was given and they said they wouldn’t do the re-clean until I changed my review. Jasmine was also very rude on the phone and the owner as well. Seriously, I really do not recommend this company unless you want to be scammed!!

I had an initial clean done by Team 11, Olympia and Mary. They did an excellent job cleaning every room that I requested and made things sparkle. I especially am impressed with the vacuum they use. My carpets look like they've been cleaned rather than just vacuumed. They worked non-stop for about 4 hours. I am very happy with their hard work and hope to enjoy their services in the future. I'm going to have them come once a month for starters. I would recommend Molly Maid.

Molly Maid has been helping keep my house clean for over a year now. Angelic, Ana, and Fabiola always do a wonderful job. It's just so nice coming home after they've cleaned!

The gal that took my phone call originally to schedule, was extremely friendly and helpful. The two gals came to the house were above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped for. They were the hardest workers and extremely thorough. Please give my thanks to all of them.

Angelic and her crew are the best! Molly maid is my favorite monthly expense and frees up so much of my time during stressful work weeks! We get the best service, they are prompt & very thorough. Our lives are better with Molly Maid in it!

Team #4 incredible. I recently hav w become a single mom and keeping up on everything has been so hard. Team 4 did such a great job helping take the load off my shoulders. My house is clearly fantastically clean even my 2 year old jumping for joy about how clean her room is and thanking the team over and over! They even set up my kids stuffed animals so cute in the crib! This is the one thing I must budget for to keep my mental peace and is well worth it. Thanks Molly.

Team 8 was fantastic! Lucy and Fabi did such a thorough job. My house looks as new as the day we moved in 26 years ago! I am so very impressed with the results that I am having Molly Maids come a couple of times a year. My house looks amazing! No details was overlooked. I highly recommend Molly Maid!

Caught them standing on our couch cushions wearing dirty street shoes in order to reach a shelf, which was still dusty after they left.

House honestly felt dirtier after they were done.

We hired them for a deep clean of our small 900 SQ ft house, for which they charged $340. When they said they were "done" it was difficult to tell what they did for the last 2.5 hours. Dirty foot prints and debris on the floor, shower grout and tiles still had scum, they didn't vacuum or mop behind trash cans/other obstacles, didn't dust light fixtures, didn't clean baseboards, didn't wipe kitchen backsplash or fridge. The list of things they missed is longer than the list of things they did to be honest.

We had to point out places they missed before they packed up to leave, and even with their second pass at it my wife still ended up cleaning for another 2 hours after they left. We would never consider hiring them or recommending them to anyone we know.

Would've preferred to light that $340 on fire.

Update after speaking to them:
Spoke to a fast talking customer service rep who talked over me, repeating over and over what their "customer policy" is, completely disregarding the unique circumstances of our service which warrants more direct customer care. Was refused a refund, and offered an insulting 10% credit on our next clean, as if I'd ever burn more money at this place. On top of that, tried to say we should have actually owed more for the service because the cleaners were there over time, and remember, they were over time because we had to show them all the spots they missed...

Molly maid did an UNBELIEVABLE job with final cleaning of my house when sold. They really went the extra mile. Thank you!

Team 8, Fabi and Michel were friendly and polite, and most important, they did an excellent job of cleaning! This was the first time I had ever had my home professionally cleaned. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them.

Olimpia and Kathy did a deep clean for us yesterday and I feel so relaxed knowing I don’t have to lift a finger this weekend! My house feels fresh and new. With 2 cats and a dog our house we have hair for days and they were able to clean it all up even from our couch.

We have had them for 3 years and have been trustworthy and accommodating. They do a great job cleaning the house and ensuring surfaces are dusted and sensitive areas are sanitized. Thank you for your amazing crews and attention to detail.

Jena and Leda (Team #6), though not my regular team, came out to do a reclean 2 days later. Not only did they clean what was left undone by the cleaners from the most recent monthly visit, but they cleaned all the cobwebs that had accumulated over several months in various parts of the house, the soap scum that had built up on the shower glass, and the faucets are much cleaner. They also vacuumed and dusted the entire house again, getting a lot of dirt/dust out of the carpet. Also, they mopped the kitchen floor, and it hasn't been THAT clean in a long time. They did several other things, too. These gals are excellent workers, conscientious, pay attention to details, and thorough,. They follow Molly Maid's policies and standards well.
