Dan returns phone calls quickly. His bid was fair and there were no “surprise” increases in his bid. I was very impressed with his quality work. He got the job done much quicker than I had anticipated. I will hire him again and strongly recommend him.

Danshap Landscaping did a very thorough job clearing blackberry bushes on my property. The work was completed quickly after receiving a quote, and even when the job went long Daniel stuck to the original price which was greatly appreciated. This was a very professional service that I would definitely use again, and I easily recommend them for anyone.

Dan responded to my call and he came out on time and dug a trench in my front yard. He troubleshooted a problem with the trench because it went close to my well established dogwood tree. He changed the route going around the tree and that was definitely the way to go. I can’t say enough about his quality work, professionalism. He also worked with me on the price! I recommend him very highly. Great job Dan!

We hired Daniel a couple of years ago to remove ivy from our backyard. He did a fine job, though at the time we thought it was a little pricey. I don't believe we ever told him as much. Then a few weeks ago, after no contact for at least two years, he showed up on our doorstep with a large refund. I guess he came to the same conclusion that we did about the pricing of the job. Anyways, that was unusual, and a nice surprise. He is a nice guy. Five stars.

Daniel did an amazing job for us. He was fair, respectful, and prompt, and his work ethic is outstanding. He was able to come within days of the first call and completed our project (demo and haul-away of a very large concrete patio) much faster than we ever expected. Dan’s the definition of true work ethic. I first hired him to tear down a decrepit shed and some built in lave rock planters so that a fence could be put in along a level property line. My backyard is/was a mess and I didn’t expect much for demolition work but the level of care that Dan put into it was impressive. The grading was done to exactly what I wanted and he tacked on a few extra items. Final price was fair after consulting on the other add ons that I asked for. Hired him again to do a full removal of a patchwork of concrete and grade to the new fence line. Again his work is flawless. Left me with a perfectly flat raked surface ready for grass and fresh hardscaping. Both times he’s fit me in quickly and has stayed late to get the job done to a high standard. On my call-back contractor list for sure.

I hired Danshap to demo about 1000sf of barn foundation including a heavily reinforced foundation wall. He made quick work of everything and was very honest and reasonable on price. I love that he just showed up and with minimal chit chat got to work and was done within 24 hours… great job and thanks!

Needed my front yard tilled, leveled and raked. It was very unleveled, patches of nasty grass and was all weeds. Danshap made it look easy and in half a days work. Great communication, beautiful end product. He even did a small patch in my backyard while he was here. You get what you pay for and he's worth it! Will use him again next year for when we put the pathway in.

Had a tricky, out of control patch of invasive bamboo in our side yard. Contacted Danshap Landscaping he was quick to provide a quote, reasonably priced and answered all my questions. Dan provided excellent work on a timely schedule. His verbal and digital updates were unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Highly recommended and I'll definitely use in the future for any landscaping projects.

Dan was very nice, returned my call the same day. He cleared out all the BlackBerry bushes in our backyard and trimmed a few trees for us. He was quick and got everything I asked done in less than a day.

Daniel was very professional from the beginning to the end. I used him on two separate occasions. To clear some brush and small trees and then to spread gravel and compact it. He knows how to use his equipment and made quick work of the tasks before him. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I called Danshap and 2 other landscapers to get a quote on removing old sod and replacing with new in our backyard. Dan was the only one who responded and gave me a quote and started the job within a week. Normally this would have been something I would of done myself, but knowing that my old lawn was full of roots, I didn't have the equipment to do the job. Dan had a couple of machines that made short work of the roots.
I would recommend Danshap and would use them again.

Daniel did an amazing job getting an area in our yard ready for a shed we are getting. We planned the orientation of the shed then he dug out the area, made it level, put on landscaping fabric then covered it with gravel, all in one day by himself. Such a hard worker! He put down plywood so his machines would not damage the yard. Could not be happier with his work

I hired Grand-View Landscape to clean-up my property after several months of neglect. I am no good at landscaping, and I needed a lot of help. The clean-up made my property look so much more appealing that after a couple of weeks, I decided to sign-up for the weekly service maintenance program.
