BE certain to read ALL the fine print in your contract.
They verbally promise a lot but refuse later if it isn't written down.

Had someone over, the person in charge of scheduling, last week. he was unable to complete the work so we set a time for him to come back today at 1130 am. I recieved no call or text at 1150 am so I texted him. still no call or message back at 1205 pm so I called the office. Excuses were all I got. If you want a professional company that will actually show up I suggest you look elsewhere. 1215 pm and still no call or text and nobody is here.

Unbelievable work ethic and quality! Javier and his crew are second to none. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I even kept adding work to the original job and they rolled with it and got it all done perfectly and more than timely!

We used Grand-View a few years ago. While initially happy with the work, after the first year frustration grew with the product.

Pros: The visual design; the stone work.
Cons: Plant selection and installation

The Pros speak for themselves.

However the cons of what was planted and where things were planted is the source of my frustration and just outright disappointment. I have had to spend many back-breaking hours removing or moving plants that were not installed in the right place given requirements of sun and shade or plants not meant for the PacNW. List of issue below, but ultimately it bowls down to the plants we got were not the best selections for where they were placed or for NW weather. They look nice, lasted a little but then died. Overall I did not get my money's worth and have had to devote much of my own time to address issues created by Grandview. I spent alot of money with them and greatly disappointed with the livability and durability of the product. We put trust in the professionals for the design and plant placement. The goals were vert clear, a hardy yard, reasonable maintenance. I just dont have trust that I got the yard I asked for but got the yard Grand-view wanted to design. Those are not the same thing.

1. Blueberry bushes were planted in 100% shade area. 2 of the 3 died. The third gets just enough to not die but also not flourish. According to every nursery I spoke to in the area, Blueberry needs sun.
2. A bunch of mossy ground cover was inserted between the stone work. While it looks visually nice, they didnt take long to get overwhelmed by weeds. Regardless of anty maintenance advice given, they should not have been planted or recommended to us. This will easily take me 8 hours to remove all the moss, reroute the drip, and replace with stone and mulch.
3. Over 10 other low lying flowering plants died. They were planted way to close to each other, so some overgrew and killed the others by growing on top of them and reducing their sun exposure.
4. A blue spruce that was replaced by warranty with Grandview, but the replacement died. Both the same. Blight. apparently, this variety is prone to disease. Why was this selected? The tree was a lot of money only for me to wreck myself removing and replanting.

I've been using Grand View for a number of years now and they do excellent, consistent work. The come every week and take care of everything. They even take care of out of normal issues quickly (bad sprinkler heads, or damaged ones). I've not had a job they weren't willing to tackle outside of normal maintenance, including a lot of drainage problems we've had.

All of the crew members are always very friendly and very helpful.

I recommend giving them a call if you are looking for landscape work or maintenance.

This is the second time we have used Grandview Landscape and are so please with our new yard design. We had our dream home built in salmon creek and asked Stan ( the owner ) and his designer to come up with a plan to go with our unusual modern style house. It turned out even better then I could have imagined and has made our house look amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. We were worried about upsetting neighbors but the crew was friendly and handled it like pros, cleaning up everyday before leaving. Everyone in the neighborhood loved watching the transformation happen and came to visit. Thank you so much the beautiful yard. We now use them to do our maintenance on the yard, coming once a week to be sure to keep it looking good.

I had a great experience with Grand View Landscaping. Stacey came out an did a through walk through on my property. The price that was quoted was very reasonable considering the time and effort the work would save me. The work was very well and on time. They even made a second trip to do a little extra that I requested while they were there, and only charged me a few more dollars for the second trip. My trees look great! I will definitely work with Grand View Landscaping again.

I love this company! After a very long string of landscapers gone bad, I'm very glad to report that I've been very happy with their customer service and work. I even waited about 8 months to write this review as it seemed that that's when things would start to go downhill with the previous landscapers. I'm still very happy, they are punctual, know what they're doing and how to care for your yard and plants, very kind and respectful and do a great job of checking in to make sure that they're doing things the way you like. Finally! After being told from my last landscaper that my request to not have weeds in my flower beds was "too high maintenance", it's nice to finally get the service I've been hoping for and expecting all along. Every month I'm glad to pay this bill because I feel that the value is great. I would recommend them to anyone. And have.
