We had Grandview Landscaping come out to remove a quarter ton of rock, along with probably six yards of bark dust. The people who built our home contracted them out to complete the work. We were out of town during the service, but when we came home we were pleasantly surprised. Not only did they remove everything without leaving a mark, but they didn’t step on our new grass as it was germinating which was a last second request that I had made that they accommodated. In addition, they raked all the bark dust surrounding the home and evened it out. They also stacked our firewood and cleaned our fire pit. I think it’s pretty rare when a company goes above and beyond, and they certainly did so. They respected our home while they were here, and did much more than what they were paid for. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys!

From the person to answer the phone when I called, to the owner of the company who came and gave us an estimate on our yard to most especially the crew (thank you Javier) who completed the landscaping, Grand-View was a top-notch company. They were professional, courteous and on time! We've dealt with other landscaping companies before and have never had any of them show up on time or had them do what was promised. We've always been disappointed in the end result and trying to get them to come back and finish the work is near impossible. While we just had our work done, I feel confident if anything goes wrong, they would gladly come back. They worked tirelessly and with a smile on their face the whole time. I would definitely use this company again.

I had Grandview install my sprinkler system years ago. I recently took out large trees and replaced them with plants. I had them come out to reconfigure my system where the trees had been. They sent out a guy who spent all day changing out sprinkler heads. This improved some areas, but did nothing for the area that I had contacted them about. I've called and emailed them several times over the course of weeks. They say they will try to get back to me. They don't. I thought they were a reputable company so when they billed me for the day, I payed. Be sure that you don't pay them until the job is done correctly. Once you pay them, they will never come back.

Very professional, thorough and honest. They have extremely hard working employees who get the job done efficiently and fast. We waited about 6 weeks to get yard leveling, sprinklers and new sod. Which was super fast compared to 4 other local landscaping company’s in the area who quoted me end of august when I inquired in April!

The two hard working guys tasked with our yard got it done in 2 work days. They were polite, respectful of our property and did such a great job. Working with Mitch was also really great, he’s prompt and thorough. We will have them back in the future!

I highly recommend Grandview to anyone looking for not only top-notch landscaping services, but amazing customer care. They have truly revitalized my outdoor space.

Over this winter we experienced a ton of fallen debris that created a real eye sore in our garden. I asked them to clean up the mess, do all the edging and trim one of my decorative bushes. They did a fantastic job. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 3pm. They were courteous and respectful of our garden. They even uncovered our front walkway. I would totally use them again. The last photo is what it looked like before.

What a great value for the money I spent. I had contacted some large and supposedly "prestigious" landscaping firms in both Vancouver and Portland and was very disappointed with their service. Right away, they said they could do very little with my budget and I would need to spend at least $30,000 to get anything done (HAHA). I am so glad I contacted Grand-View Landscape. When I met with Mitch, he was very positive with what he could do with my budget. I ended up being so excited about the design he laid out, I increased my budget to make sure all the work could be completed at once. Mitch knows his stuff. I really felt that i was finally being taken seriously. I wanted a native landscape that attracted birds, bees, and butterflies and he made my dream come true!

L.A Landscaping was referred to me by a friend. I could not be more happy with their work. The communication was great. They did everything we discussed in our initial walk through and then some. We look forward to having them service our property bi-weekly. 100% 10/10 highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with this company. Very professional, prompt and work very fast. I had a lot of overgrowth with blackberries bushes and shrubs. I can’t believe the difference. I will certainly use them in the future.

They installed an inground trampoline for me. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and complete a very time-consuming job. Everything looked amazing, better than I had expected! They were extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and very kind, would highly recommend!
