I feel that we were taken. We had patches of brown grass and several landscape areas that were not getting watered at our southwest Washington home. Garcia's first recommendation was to replace ALL sprinkler heads (for $5,000), which we agreed to because they are 27 years old. After that was done, the lawn seemed better, but the other areas still were not getting coverage. On several callbacks, adjustments were made, but the result was still inadequate. As it became clear that changes would be based on Juan's agenda rather than our need, we gave up. Now at summer's end, our lawn looks exactly like it did before Garcia's work. A total waste of money.

Juan and Gustavo, were great. I don’t have a lawn, but lots of hedges and ivy. They did an excellent job of trimming. Juan, who was in charge, was very professional, personable and on time! I would hire them again!

Juan and his crew did an INCREDIBLE job transforming our backyard. Whenever they were scheduled to be here they were on time, always kept clear communication, was meticulous about cleanup, & worked very hard throughout all projects. We had bad drainage issues & a rotted fence from all the water, so they put in a couple of French drains, & removed & replaced fencing. After they removed a couple trees and stumps they prepared the area for a swimming pool. And OMG, everything looks AMAZING!!! We also had them build a deck to the swimming pool for easier access, and a structure for pool equipment. And of course, we had them lay out pavers to add a beautiful finishing touch 👌🏽 We Highly recommend Garcia’s Landscaping Services, LLC.

We have had our paver pathway cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed several times over the course of the past several years and have been disappointed every time - that is until we found Juan Garcia. Juan gave us a good price and explained that he actually was different from other providers because he did the project in three different phases. First, he would come and power wash the pathway. He would then give it time to dry before coming back to re-sand the pavers. He would then come back a third time and seal everything. I actually watched the person that did the sealing part of the process and he was VERY meticulous and he did it with a brush and roller - he did not spray the product on like every other provider had done before him!! And I will have to say that I think that is what really made the difference!! Our paver pathway looks even better than it did when it was brand new and we are back to loving it!! Now, just a word of caution - you do need to do this in July or August when it is hot and not raining so that the process does not get interrupted! These guys are busy so you need to plan ahead to get in their schedule; but if you do, I think you will agree with me that it was well worth it to get a quality service that beats anything you have ever had before and simply looks outstanding!!

We hired Garcia Landscaping Services to install french drains extensively across our property to deal with drainage problems, followed by replacing our grass with new soil and sod and bark chips, and then improving our sprinkler system and adding an extensive drip lines for our roses and bushes. Wow! Juan and his team tackled the challenging work with gusto. They completed it all this week within 4 & 1/2 days, working everyday from 8:30 to 5:00. Juan communicated with me every day to give an update and clarify what we wanted in each phase of work. He was extremely fair in dealing with several unexpected changes caused by me ("Sorry, I forgot to mention to you that...") and when they uncovered buried surprises that required work-arounds. He and his team were always pleasant to us and to each other throughout the whole project, no matter how much mud and problems they faced. It was a delightful experience. (The posted photos were taken during and soon after the work was done.)
Our desire was to have everything completed as a package deal, including on-going maintenance so that whoever improved / installed the lawn and sprinkler system would also maintain it. Juan provided us the best advice ahead of the project, and the best quote, which included a discount on the weekly maintenance services. I would hire them again without hesitation. I look forward to having Garcia Landscaping Services maintaining our landscaping for the coming year at a minimum.

Juan and his team offered a reasonable price for quick, efficient work cleaning up overgrown landscaping transforming curb appeal. They are friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I will definitely hire them for further landscaping work!

I appreciated working with Jason and his suggestion and explination a new watering zone would be to our benefit.
The crew did a good job. They moved the job along quickly and cleaned up the yard. They also helped me move a water feature a few feet and cut out designs on the lawn. We are very happy with the job.

We'd like to give a big shout out to J's Custom Landscaping. Our experience started with a visit from Jason, who listened to our concerns and offered insightful ideas and suggestions. They installed a retaining wall, salvaged our old fence (saving money) to place on top of it, raised our yard 2 feet, improved the soil, placed sod, established flower beds set sprinklers and installed landscape lights. The crew of Aldofo, Jose R, and Jesus were very hard and skilled worker. They cleaned up every night and kept a very neat construction site. The end result far exceeded our expectations. Jason kept outstanding communication before, during and after the project. He always responds quickly to messages. We will certainly use J's again, and if we are really lucky, get the same crew. Talk about a group of folks that go above and beyond in every way. They are easy to work with, don’t try to nickel and dime you and their work is pro. I would hire them 100 times over again and highly recommend anybody wanting landscaping work.

What an amazing experience working with this company! After my initial inquiry, we were contacted immediately, and met with Greg (project manager) within a few days. We had a quote a week later, and we were on their schedule shortly thereafter. We cannot believe how great they were to work with. We tweaked our design a bit, and they accommodated - graciously! Greg was super communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made good suggestions, and enhancements and we are very happy with the result. I should mention, that the crew was also very friendly, hardworking and efficient. To top it off, J's was fairly priced. We had done two very expensive projects (at another house) with another local landscaping company, but we were quite disappointed with the second result. We decided to contact J's for this project, and I cannot tell you how glad we are that we did. Well done J's!

Jay and his team did a fantastic job with our front of house landscape project. Jay was great to work with as he helped develop cost effective solutions to existing issues, provided great suggestions for new plants, and did a great job communicating next steps all along the way. The project team was very nice and did a wonderful. Definitely recommend and look forward to working with them on future projects!

J's was a savior for a finishing a project we started with another company. Nick was phenomenal in listening to our concerns and was open to what we were looking for. He made us feel heard and accommodated every question with no hesitation. We really felt like a valued customer. He made adjustments through out the project and continuously evaluated how things were going. The crew was awesome as well. They worked super hard and fast and completed earlier than quoted. We are extremely happy and will likely return should our landscape needs require professional services. Highly recommend!

J's Custom Landscaping did a fantastic job at our home! We moved into a rental home that was overrun with weeds and in just a day, this company had our yard looking beautiful! The employees are friendly, prices are reasonable and best of all - they stand by their work! When I found a stubborn tree growing back after the initial service, someone was right back out with heavy duty weed killer. We had a great experience with this company and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again when we get our own place. Thank you J's!!

The experience working with J’s was fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely attentive and communication was prompt and never delayed. We scheduled the initial estimate and Jay came out personally to do it. He listened to our ideas and asked questions to make sure he understood our vision. He suggested things to help us realize our vision but never pressured us to spend more or change our overall vision. Within a couple of days he supplied an estimate along with numerous pictures of things we talked about to ensure we were all on the same page. The crew that came out was fantastic to work with and extremely efficient. The entire job was done in 4 days with some additional small projects we added during the job. The final result was amazing and even the neighbors are asking who did the work and to put the cherry on top, the final cost was BELOW the original estimate. All in all, the entire experience was amazing and we would highly recommend J’s to anyone looking for some landscape projects.

I had J’s install a stone path. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, polite, and responsive to my instructions and concerns. I would definitely hire them again!

J’s landscaping is not a serious business. Jay visited my property and wasted my time, promised a quote by the end of the week and then disappeared. When I called to follow up after Jay’s self-imposed deadline had passed he stated he would have a quote to me within 3 days. After this second self-imposed deadline had passed he stopped responding altogether.

I would love to leave a review of the landscaping work quality or lack thereof, but Jay and Co aren’t even competent enough to respond to customers who would like to execute on a project. Don’t let them waste your time.
