I have used Octomaids three different times! The first time they did a deep cleaning of my house and they did a phenomenal job. The next two times were for a move out clean and a move in clean. Unfortunately, the home we were moving into was not very clean (Here’s a picture of what the oven looked like before and after). Thankfully, octomaids saw that and spent extra time checking each part of the home to make sure it was cleaned for us to move in! They even had us do a walk through of everything. They’re extremely responsive to communication and easy to schedule with!

From the moment I opened my door I was impressed! The wonderful clean and fresh aroma greeted me and followed me throughout the house. All the paper products were sealed with an imprint making it feel more like a spa than a bathroom. And I could tell they didn’t just dust and vacuum around items, they moved them to truly get the full cleaning. What a special treat to come home to!

This was my first time experiencing a cleaning with Octomaids and I am very impressed. It was easy to make the appointment. A confirmation was sent via text. A few days prior I received confirmation of the appointment via email. Fifteen minutes prior to the arrival another text was sent that the cleaner was on their way. Upon arrival she introduced herself and ask what was important to me. She was thorough and exceeding my expectations. It was a wonderful feeling to walk into my clean home! My granite counters are shining and my floors look amazing. The inside and outside of the microwave are clean. She even cleaned a spot never touched, a shoe cubby on our staircase landing. Three cleaners were onsite for about 4 to 5 hours. They did a fantastic job, as kitchen and bathroom needed a lot of deep cleaning in the 1200 square foot apartment. Terrific job, as they made the place sparkle, including the oven and stove, cabinets, fridge and bathtub/shower. Very professional. Will plan to hire them again. 5-star service.

Two cleaners arrived on time to deep clean our bathrooms. Hard water spots on my sons bathroom and dull buildup on tubs were gone when they finished and the rooms sparkled

Did less than 1/2 the job paid for. Hard wood had a film, tile was not cleaned (pic shows what I did after they were here), things were not dusted, family wall of pictures and all the pictures were all crooked, things out of place. Got into personal things. Did not put things back the way they found them. Left lights on. Very unhappy and I did not want them back in my house. Did not feel secure.

Worked with Jessica on a house I needed help cleaning same day. She was very quick, had great communication, and helped me get a quick schedule.

Have used this company before and they do great work, and are reasonably priced. Thank you Octomaids for saving my behind. We are repeat customers, and would highly recomend.

Price gouging bait and switch
$400 cleaning, price changed to $995 the day of with no explanation of why the cost was more than double.

Update: Octomaids charged me a "cancellation" fee because I posted this review. I did not cancel. I was prepared to pay for the service I requested, they changed the terms on the day of service, doubling the price at the last minute. I am disgusted at this company's business practices and I will be filing a chargeback.

I hired Seven Cleaning the same day and they charged me 400 for the same service. The fact that Octomaids wrote such a long reply saying my house was dirty is dumb. Why do you think people hire cleaners?? 🤣 I'm not surprised you have an inflated rating based on your intimidation tactic of charging me $50 for posting an honest review with receipts. Smh.

If you don't want to be charged $50 when they price gouge you, avoid at all costs. What a nasty company taking advantage of my family during a medical emergency. Shame on you. The personal friend who referred me to you was horrified.

I was referred to Octomaids by a close friend who knows the owner and unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning appointment for a 1500-2000 sq ft home. My mom found out she needed a heart surgery with less than a week notice and I wanted to make sure the house was safe and clean when she comes home but work full time.

I scheduled a service with an estimated range of $395-$445 and when the cleaners arrived, I was quoted $995 and that was not even to clean the entire house. I asked for the bottom floor, upstairs bathroom and common areas.

That is 150% more than $400, which is already on the higher end of normal. My house was deep cleaned in December. It's not filthy. It was picked up. These people knew I was in a tough spot with my mom's surgery and left me with very little time to find an alternative (this was the day before her surgery).

I can afford to pay $995. I work in software. It isn't about the money. That's not the point, it is the principal. I don't respect a business that treats a customer like this - it is unethical and gross. The pricing listed on their website is totally misleading. They will jack it up on site and not be able to explain why it's so much higher. I was told a 6 hr clean costs that much..I don't make $185 an hour, do you?

I've worked with this company for a long time after having a serious medical episode. My cleaners go above and beyond. They understand that I have a young child with autism and always work with me to adjust cleaning areas based on his mood. They have created so much more peace in my daily life so that I can focus on my own recovery. Any issues that may pop up are handled promptly and with care. I'm grateful for the work they do.

Octomaids has worked for me in the past and we're a great cleaning crew. I just hired them the other day and they're working is just phenomenal. Very dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied. Would highly recommend!
