Service was great; we had exterior Christmas lights reinstalled, for the second year. I would have given 5 stars, but the cost is much too high. The "reinstallation" discount is not much, I was expecting more of a discount after purchasing the lights the initial install. We won't be having them install lights again next year, they are much too expensive, and there is much more competition now. After my review, they followed up and made everything right. I'm changing my review to a 5**. Thank you!

The guys who install and take down the lights are great.
We had some trouble with communication with the company.
The take down was scheduled and nobody showed up so we called to schedule again. We were not given another date. We were told they were busy and someone would come when they could. A few days later a guy turned up.
It was a good thing we were home. We have a dog who can go in and out so we really need better customer service so we can make sure the dog is in. Also, we needed to move our vehicles so a time and date is necessary.

Mark was amazing! I had just redone my roof and the crew trashed my gutters. Mark cleared it all out, then pressure washed. As you see in the pictures he did an awesome job! His price was also reasonable. Hire him!

Great service and fast response to calls while other services had not even returned the phone calls. I had a house cleaned, looks amazing, gutters, windows, fence, cement patio, and the driveway. Very happy with the job. Picture of the house after the cleaning. The driveway looks new, and so does the house. Pleasant to talk to and explained the process beforehand.

They have done my carpets for years and I have been extremely satisfied. Recently they washed our windows inside-out and we have large windows and a lot of them and I am picky about them. They did a great job. Very friendly staff

Brannon cleaned our wall to wall carpet that covered the living room, dining room, family room, conversation pit, stairs, master bedroom, and office. Furniture raised to facilitate cleaning. Two major stains created by our dog were completely removed. Carpet looks great. High quality job.

This is the 2nd time we've used Benchmark to clean a large area rug and both times they've done a wonderful job!

They are courteous people and very helpful both dropping it off and picking it up.

We'd done some dog fostering, as best as I did the pet stains just didn't come up . Benchmark always manages to make them disappear. This is our second time using this company. I tell who askes.

I have used Benchmark several times in the past. The results are always as good as I expect. Each time I think I need my carpets cleaned I look up Benchmark’s number and know the job will be done right and my carpets will look good and be as clean as possible.

RYAN was amazing. Very polite and knew what he was doing. He was on time and very efficient. Would highly recommend this service. They called to confirm and sent a confirmation email. No surprises either with the arrival time or the price. The price quoted was what it was and he didn't try to sell additional products.

Our dryer vent was clogged and could have been a fire hazard. I made an appointment online and they confirmed right away. They came at the scheduled time and Jared the technician was polite and efficient. The price was exactly what was quoted and was worth every penny. Couldn't ask for anything more. I totally recommend this company!

The technician John was excellent! He explained the process and he worked very hard. I highly recommend this company because he represents them well. He cleaned my 23 year old carpet. I wasn’t expecting any miracles but he amazed me with how well he cleaned them. Thank you John.
