I called this place up to have ny carpets cleaned for a rental inspection. I called two other “big name” places first and they were booked up like two months out. But, Benchmark was able to come within a few days and at a great price! They did an excellent job, too, so I was impressed on all ends. Definitely will call again.

We've used Benchmark multiple times over the past years. They have always done a great job with getting our carpets clean and refreshed.

Where they lack is they didn't honor the appointment or complete the job exactly as described/ordered. My appointment was for 1-3pm and their own website says "Please share anything that will help us to prepare to give you the best service possible". I let them know not to show up early because I'll be asleep but he called at 9:30am and showed up at 10:45am. No apologies or pointing out the fact that he was very early. Makes me think they don't read the job notes beforehand. Then, we said the hose was ripped and you're supposed to replace it with something equal to put better. He said, "I am?" and that IF he had to, he would need to go to the store because he didn't have one. He ended up trimming it because he said it was still good. I said that's not the deal I chose so he called the office for a price adjustment. They took off 9$ but price matching my hose is 15-18$. Very strange they did it this way, as it doesn't say "if it needs replaced" but that they will replace it. I'd have even taken it as a spare hose.

Some side notes...the lanolium in the laundry room was coming up but he said they don't fix that. Then he went to check in the dryer vent flap, as one was sticking open. He said it needs to be replaced but they don't do that either unless they break it. They'll only do those type of jobs if your house was in a disaster of some kind.

Again, really nice guy and main reason for the call out was ultimately completed but I wasn't 100% satisfied. The concerns are more customer service based than cost.

I had a slow leak in my bathroom.And the first water restoration team that came out wanted to rip out kitchen walls and cabinets. These guys were different.They did a thorough inspection and did not try to upsell me on more work than was actually needed. Very thorough and will prioritize reducing the disruption to your daily life!

I called seeking some information regarding best practices and a situation I was in regarding mold remediation as a tenant. I was treated with respect and consideration and was given some wonderful guidance based on their experience and knowledge. I am very thankful and have trust that this is a trustworthy business with values!

Wonderful job! The guys at Benchmark were warm and welcoming. They were very helpful and gave tips to help keep the carpet in good condition. 10/10 would hire again!!

They are very knowledgeable and truthful about what they can and can not accomplish. Extremely helpful. I had a medical emergency and they were given short notice about change of plans and they worked with me to reschedule.

Benchmark Restoration and Cleaning has been our go-to for professional carpet cleaning. They’re always quick to respond, easy to schedule with, and their pricing is very fair. We had some bleach spots on our carpet. The Benchmark technician did a great job dyeing the spots to match the surrounding color. Looks great. Couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out.

I called benchmark at 8:15 AM with an emergency situation, my dog had a very messy accident in my office and the smell was so terrible. No one could work. By 9 AM there was an employee waiting for me at my office to take care of this situation for me. He explained everything to me as he began to clean the area and his performance was amazing.. I would definitely recommend benchmark restoration and cleaning for anyone that needs a job done right. I can’t thank them enough.

Ryan came out to clean my carpets and area rug, which had just been spilled on, and did a fantastic job. He took the time to do a very thorough cleaning. I would definitely hire this company again.

I’ll never return to another regular carpet cleaning company going forward. Emergency or regular maintenance, my carpet looks brand new every time. We have used so many cleaning companies over the years. Benchmark is the best.

Benchmark has cleaned our upholstered furniture twice. This last time they also did our air ducts (probably for the first time in a mid century house, definitely for at least 30 years). They did a great job: communicated well, arrived on time, and worked efficiently and politely. They could show us the photos of the ducts, before after and during cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Adam was so informative and helpful when I called to inquire about their services. Our pickup and deliver driver were also very accommodating and friendly. I loved how they were able to pick up and drop off our large rug, so convenient. Most especially, our carpet was so nicely cleaned and all the stains gone. We have been using Benchmark for turnover carpet cleans and repairs; Occupied courtesy carpet cleaning services; and probably most importantly; water extraction and emergency mitigation services. If we have any questions or concerns with our services, Rustin has been great at communicating and either discounting jobs that did not come out right or coming back for a reclean. They monitor their equipment daily when doing a dry out; and the residents have nothing but nice things to say about their technicians. I do not think we've had a single complaint about a technician's attitude or demeanor while on the job. I've never reached out to them to ask to send someone else in the future, so you know they have good customer service. They will provide photos upon request which has helped us tremendously! Will always recommend Benchmark to my work colleagues and friends.

They did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters and spray washing the exterior of our house and walkways.

Gabino did a gutter cleaning on my tall house just in time for a big rain. Fast and efficient, great post clean up, no debris left behind. Thanks very much Mr. Reyes!

I have enlisted the help of Gabino and his team 3 times in the past year at two separate locations. They are quick to respond, get us on the calendar right away, and do excellent work! Window cleaning is a tough job and this team does it professionally and thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I had my windows cleaned,which is not easy,as I’m a tri level home. They were on time, kind, and did a fantastic job job. I’ll see GJ&A again soon.
