Absolutely professional! Price was spot on! I was so impressed with Brannon, and my experience in general with Benchmark Restoration, the carpets look like they are brand new! I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family!

I had a whole day's job for this company including carpet, vents, and a furnace return cleaning. Their technician (Jared) was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring for everything I asked for. He even asked me whether there is any pet concerns from the previous owner. They were much cheaper than my previous company and did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend this company. Thanks!!

Had to get a last-minute carpet cleaning before a move, and another company flaked on me. Benchmark responded promptly, fit me into their schedule, the tech was friendly, went over everything he was going to do, and was done waaaaay faster than I expected him to be. Even the price was exactly what they said it would be (no surprises!) and actually cost LESS than the last company I used, on a smaller house. Would definitely use again.

I have used Benchmark for carpet cleaning, area rugs and furniture. Their performance is quality is excellent. They are always on time and professional. Their Tech's explain everything prior to cleaning and after work is completed make sure it meets your expectations.

I love working with this company and have hired them four times in the past three to four years to clean multiple area rugs including orientals. They have fabulous customer service from 'dispatch', to the pickup and delivery crew and management/supervisors. Everyone is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They also offer anti-allergy and protective rug treatments as well. I highly recommend them!

Worker was too lazy to connect his own hose to Y fitting on spigot, and instead removed my quick connect fitting from my hose and left it a mess after use. Would recommend hiring a real professional instead!

The worker did a good job for how bad my carpet was, it’s so much better. The worker accidentally knocked a mice oil painting off the wall and the frame broke in four pieces. He turned it into his manager and I called them. He picked up my frame and had it fixed and them came and put it back together mounted with the picture in the fame frame it looks great thanks. I recommend them very highly for their work and their policy for high customer satisfaction. Tanks again

I have been using Benchmark for 15 years ever since they first ‘saved’ my carpet. They have been saving carpets for me ever since! I am now in my 3rd home and the first 2 are now my rentals so when I say save I mean it. I have also been educated by them so well that the care of my carpets is now a partnership. They are very technically educated. They are also respectful, dependable and affordable.

I've used Benchmark Brands for at least 15 years. They are always on time, affordable, efficient, go the extra mile and really care about achieving great results. And.... whatever they do, it seems like my carpets look fresh longer than with other carpet cleaning services. I am occasionally tempted by a coupon for bargain prices from other companies. The results are never as good as with Benchmark. A reminder to stick with a quality provider of exceptional service!

We had a great experience getting our sofa cleaned by Benchmark and I’ll definitely use them again! Scheduling was easy and fast (they fit us in within a week), Jeremiah was friendly, professional, and super efficient, he did an awesome job (looks like a new, rather than 12 year old, sofa), and the cost was so reasonable. Carpet stretch and deep cleaned. Great service and great price

Benchmark was hired by my HOA to do an interior cleaning of our dryer venting system. The representative was courteous, performed the service in a timely and efficient manner and left the laundry room in it's original condition. I would recommend Benchmark for this service.

They did an amazing job our carpets look as good as when we got them installed. Smells so good the cleaner was so friendly and professional. Great eye for detail and made Sure everything was what we wanted. Get them you will be really happy

These guys are awesome! Super thorough and thoughtful i have black mold in my crawlapace above my second floor and we have had alot of health problems from it. The consultation waa well worth it a very detailed report and list of what is in need of replacing and im just so thankful they made it so stress free and quick! I would recommend then to anyone! They are honest and the report was really just top tier !

We cannot say enough good things about Benchmark! We recently had our deck washed and they did a fantastic job. The gentleman who did the work was kind, considerate of our property and we felt it was an excellent value for the service provided.

Kevin also came to our home to assess some floor damage and do some minor repairs. He did such an expert job; we can hardly tell where the damage had been. Again, we must say that Kevin showed great respect for our property. He spent a long time in our home. He explained the type of repair he was going to make, and he did not disappoint.

As a client of BenchMark since 2017, I would never consider using anyone else for my carpet needs. They are eco-friendly (very important to me), professional, a dream to work with, and do an incredible job with my carpets, including cleaning special area rugs. They came and cleaned my dryer vent, which was very important to avoid potential fires from lint build-up. Ryan was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and was the consummate professional. The office staff, Carrie and Rustin are so pleasant and easy to work with. Gosh! The entire company is the best.
