Freddy and his team at Xtra Touch Carpet Care provided excellent quality service in a timely matter. I requested service online and then received a phone call the next day to schedule service, and they were so kind to work around my schedule. I have used Freddie and his team for 9 years. They do top of the line work, are always incredibly pleasant to have around, and are super careful of my furniture when they do need to move it. They can handle the toughest stains and odors. They also clean my hand-tied area rugs for me, as well as upholstery, so a nice added bonus!

They took care to not damage the hardwood floors by laying out carpet to walk on. We’re so happy with how the carpets turned out and would recommend their company to anyone.

One of THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCES!!! Freddy and his XtraTouch team did an outstanding job on 5 rooms and stairways that hadn’t been cleaned in almost 3 years. There were moderate stains and spots throughout the house carpets in 2 bedrooms; one den; dining room; & Family Room, plus 2 level stairs.

But it was not just the efficiency and quality of the clean carpets that was impressive, it was, also, what took place a week prior to the cleaning day. I asked Freddy for an estimate and he said it is their standard practice to come out to the job site prior to cleaning and do a thorough assessment of the place. After the inspection, Freddy explained what they would be doing- how they do it and approximate time it would take. Then an estimated cost of services, which included moving furniture in all the rooms, if deemed necessary.

I will absolutely be using Xtra Touch Carpet Care for my future carpet cleaning. He and his partner were extremely professionally and personable (not stiff and robotic). Conversation with them was like old friends from years back. They made you feel super special, and worked in sync to attain the best possible outcome per room.

Freddie was very professional. I had my 20+ year old wool area rug professionally cleaned. It came back looking bright and new. They even stitched the loose backing on the corners. He also cleaned my synthetic area rug at my house. He gave detailed instructions on how to care for it to keep it looking bright. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them. They definitely lived up to their name. My rugs received the extra touch/care and they now look brand new.
