Mike and DMichael were my team. They were professional, courteous and hardworking. Initially they took time to install some anchors for their safety equipment. They also protected my plantings from their cleaning solution. Yes and Yes!!
My once moss-laden roof looks like it's brand new! There are no more black streaks on my gutters or on any of the trim. (I think they even washed the house.) I had moss everywhere, but now everything just sparkles including my deck, the windows and all of the concrete...even the curb! I am just delighted! I think those boys found my To Do list and ticked everything off and did an absolutely amazing job...Yeah!!

Rich took the extra time to ensure that everything on my job was done correctly. He made me a priority and listened to my needs and then executed! Great guy, great company!!! House looks great!

I have a ton of trees that surround our building and leaves have always been an issue. Putting the gutter guards on the building before the leaves start to fall this year was a no brainer. These guys were prompt, clean, and left the building looking better than when they got there. Even cleaned some green spots off the roof while they were up there. Would definitely recommend them for anybody looking to protect their gutters from leaves and debris and for pressure washing.

I met a representative of Wow Wash 360 at a Portland Oregon home show in January 2026. Nice guy, he called me the next week to schedule a visit. I had also arranged for quotes from two other companies. One did a zinc product, the other did a softwash similar to what Wow Wash 360 does. They each wanted more than Wow Wash, one would cost twice what WW wanted and with a lesser warranty.

There were two concerns for me: there was but a single way to contact WW, a long distance phone number and no email address, and WW did not have a CCB registration in Oregon to verify their insurance and to see if there were any complaints. I was ready to give up trying to find someone to tackle the moss on the roof. He called me back the next week. He told me they had Washington registration. I looked them up and they had good insurance and no official complaints, so we set up the cleaning.

The crew of three arrived with the promised time range and called ahead a couple of times, which was reassuring to me (as we were in a winter storm watch so I didn't know if they could do it). As it turns out, the weather was good enough. Took a little over an hour and they were finished. They brushed off the moss, washed it to kill the remaining roots, and cleared the gutters. It was definitely something that needed to be done and the roof shingles were no worse for their work...and now better!

Before they left I received a 2-year warranty for the roof to show no molds or mildews. For three years after that cleaning would be pro-rated but not costing more than half what this initial cleaning cost. Not covered at all: Green Mustard Algae. So, glad to pay for the service!

Its a little muddy around the house now, but we'll deal with that. My only complaint is that for an Oregon resident without a phone-computer there was a bit of a communications barrier. Other companies did not have that problem. But this rating would be 5 star if I had lived in Washington!

Got back to me same day and stopped by my house to get me a quote within a few hours. 3 days later they showed up and did a great job for a fair price. I tried getting quotes from 3 other companies, all who didn’t have availability for 2-3 weeks or who were quoting me more money. Highly recommend!

Anthony and his partner showed up to a moss covered roof. I can't believe the job they did. It was AMAZING. I Can't stop going outside to look at how clean my roof and windows are! Thank you so much on a job that was well over do. In a short period of time. I thought it would be a all day job. But they had it done in a couple hours.

Rich came and power washed my driveway, porch, back patio, and gave the front gutters a clean. Everything looks great, gutters look brand new, very pleased with his work. Would highly recommend.

Wow Washed cleaned our tile roof and it looks amazing! They did a really thorough job, hand scraping each tile and giving it a soft wash finish. The roof has never looked better! Very professional!
