Sam was great! He cleaned our gutters and applied chemicals to take the moss off our roof. We are going to hire him to put gutter protectors on our house next and excited to use his services again in the future! We couldn’t recommend Mossguard enough.

Sam is so nice and so professional. He explained the process so well as well as what to expect. He allowed us to schedule months in advance. His estimate was thorough and so very fair. He arrived exactly on time after having sent an “I’m on my way” text. He spent all day working on our roof and gutters. It all looked so nice! He left no mess at all. He even left a surprise thank you gift! If you need moss removed from your roof, Sam is the man!

In the last 16 I have I’ve used four other roof and siding services, but since this Monday when I had Sam from MossGuard out to clean and treat my roof, gutters, siding, on my house and sheds, plus driveway, I will never have anyone out to clean except for Sam with MossGuard. My father was a contractor and six brothers in the business and our standards are very high (old school/Golden Rule type) and Sam was the ONLY ONE that met my standards in professionalism, etiquette, and proper cleanup, and down right hard work!
The other four service companies were flimflam and very subpar. Thank you Sam and I hope you keep an opening for me in a year or so! God bless!

Sam is absolutely fantastic! The last treatment we had for our roof was a chemical spray (from a different company) that was completely useless; the moss never fully died and was a total waste of $600. Sam quickly responded to our request for an estimate, and had very competitive pricing. He was early to begin work, and stayed late to finish. He was meticulously thorough and went above and beyond to give us a clean home exterior 😊. Not to mention, he is so friendly and a pleasure to work with!

I am unquestionably satisfied with him and will use him again for our next roof maintenance. Highly recommend, 10 stars!

All work to be done and cost was received by email on a professional contract. Prices were very fair for the amount of work he does. He was flexible with my schedule and was prompt in responding to my calls or texts.
Correspondence with text, email, and calls were consistent throughout the job process from start to finish. Sam was very professional and detailed from removing the moss to cleaning the gutters, and making sure everything was cleaned up and Mossguard was sprayed to cover the roof. It was a pleasure to work with Sam. He gave a fair price for the job we hired him to do. All of the moss was removed and treated from our roof plus the gutters. We had our driveway and concrete porch pressure cleaned by him too. Highly recommend him!

Sam was amazing. He soft-washed our roof, cleaned our gutters and cleaned the gutter facings. He also pressure-washed our entire hard surface - front, side and back. Everything was done according to his thorough description of the entire process. And his price was competitive. And now, the house looks great! If you need your roof treated, you need not to look any further. Sam will give you better service than any other company. Sam went above and beyond giving me excellent service. He was able to come and do my roof two days early, and even treated my driveway and cleaned the vinyl siding on my chimney, which I did not ask to be done. Scheduling and communication with Sam, Mossguard was super easy. I provided my inquiry online and was contacted in a couple of days with received an estimate within a week. MOSSGUARD came to service my roof today. I’m so glad to reach out to them. Sam informed me what he did and also pointed out what was done incorrectly by the previous company that serviced my roof prior to him ( they even left a hand brush and didn’t thoroughly clean the moss ).

He showed me some places along my gutters that he helped to fix up and look out for future repairs . He inspected my roof for damages from this recent winter storm .
